The worker was very nice and very thorough. He explained everything directly and comprehensively. He cleaned up after himself, disinfected everything as he went along. He kept everything clean and tidy with no mess left behind. It was a very good experience.

Service was good. Team arrived on time, called ahead, organized, personable, friendly. Disappointed that the furnace area was not swept/vacuumed after the work was completed. Ducts needed cleaning after a renovation, so there was debris (nails, particles, fluff) left behind after hoses were removed. More attention to detail was expected. Atlas advertises that technicians vacuum and leave work area clean but did not have that experience. Before and after pics were shown to us after job was completed.

Despite draining and winterizing our home, when turning on the water to the pipe to the faucet on the garage, we quickly realized a leak. After opening up the ceiling in the basement the issue was evident - a cracked copper pipe at the valve to the garage. We called Bosco and were given a great rate to replace the pipes. Within 2 hours a Kavi from Bosco was on site and beginning work. He showed me each step along the way of what he was doing to replace and place the pipes and valve in about an hour. He had replaced the valve on the pipe to the garage along with replacing the main section of copper piping. Just like I had running water again. Great, efficient and awesome service. Thank you Bosco and Kavi!

Great guys knew what they were doing fixed the issue that others could not happy with the service and how well they did they job! Great job guys thanks so much!

From the first call to installation everything was timely and efficient. All my questions were answered from the receptionist to the Estimator, Justin to the installation team. Staff members were focussed, pleasant and efficient. Thank you.

We have our furnace and ac tuned up through our warranty program. The Atlas Care technicians are always professional and thorough. They give us options for HVAC needs as well. We have always had a great experience with this company.

Efficient, thorough, good communication, respectful of social distancing and good sanitation practices. On time and courteous. Checked all aspects of heating and air conditioning inside and outside. Very satisfied with Atlas.

Yearly Atlas HVAC maintenance visit - Tech arrived right on time - was COVID prepared - all went well -during the visit we touched on certain questions I had and Rick was very good at explaining the what/why/how!! They do their work very well!! This is why we've been clients for 13 years!!

Excellent service, very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. The plumbing job ended up costing more because of the complexity of the problem but David took the time to explain the issues and the corrective action needed to fix the problem permanently. We were extremely pleased.
