    Installed ductless AC

    Service people were on time, courteous and efficient throughout the day. Got here before 9:00 and left by 3:00, completed the job without a hitch. They explained parts of the job as they were being completed with respect to the installation. Made sure I understood how the new AC unit worked with a tutorial on the control converter. Cleaned up the work area before they left...very important to me.

    Replaced Hot Water Heater

    Muhammad and Gary were very professional; they clearly take great pride in their work. The replacement of my hot water heater was done in a few hours with no issues. They explained to me what they would need to do when starting the process, showed me how to adjust the water temperature setting if needed, and let me know that I might experience some air pockets in the pipes (caused by having to shut off the water) which would clear when I ran the taps. They laid down runners to protect my flooring and carpets, and the area they were working in was left spotless. Am very happy with the service provided by AtlasCare and would highly recommend them.

    Very professional outfit

    Gary and Matthew installed a new Air Conditioner in my house a couple of days ago. They were very professional. They installed my new unit in about 5 hours. They answered all my questions about the new unit ... how noisy is it? ... can I put a privacy fence around it? ... why is the outside unit so big? AtlasCare charges a premium buck but delivers premium service. ... Ya get what ya pay for!

    Air conditioner service

    The cost was for new furnace filters. The servicing was part of the purchase of the air conditioner. Kyle, the service technician, was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He made a couple of suggestions for better functioning. We have been Atlas Care customers for more than 45 yeas and are always satisfied.

    Air Conditioner Maintenance

    Alex was extremely thorough on the maintenance service call. He explained the parts that needed to be replaced and, upon our go-ahead, he executed the work in a timely fashion. He subsequently determined that the replacement parts were covered by our parts plan. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the service. We've been a loyal Atlas customer for over 30 years and would strongly recommend the company.

    Air conditioner checkup as part of Atlas cntract

    Anthony arrived on time. He was professional, polite and adhered to the rules and standards outlined clearly by Atlas. He proceeded immediately upon arrival. Check up was completed efficiently and in a timely manner.

    Basement noise

    We had some tik tik noises in our basement, technician Braun from Bosco investigated with diligence and diagnosed correctly and problem of noise solved but cold water was not coming which also sorted out by technician go job done to my entire satisfaction.

    Air Conditioner Spring Maintenance

    Our Atlas technician was so helpful and friendly. He goes about his work and politely notifies us when he has finished. He shut down the humidifier for the summer. He advised that the filter should be changed in a month. He asked if we had any concerns about our furnace & air conditioner. An email write-up was provided shortly after he left. Costs are part of our annual Comfort Plan. He wore his COVID-19 mask. We remain satisfied customers for many years. Thank you Lyndon and AtlasCare.

    AC failure

    Bought new Ac from Atlascare in 2010. Had intermittent problems that were difficult to diagnose. Crapped out 4 days out of warranty. Contacted Nimo, The service manager and he correct the issue no charge. Replaced an expensive coil and has renewed my confidence in atlascare. Thanks Nimo! You have made my summer.
