    Excellent interaction

    Extremely quick response from my initial call to them to aN over the phone consultation with a technician to a visit from a technician and then from someone providing me a quote on a new AC unit (I got a quote to fix but the unit was 18 years old so opted for a new one). They are extremely professional, friendly, polite and helpful. I would always recommend using them and getting a maintenance plan through them.

    Fixed leaking faucets

    Jonathan was professional, personable and worked quickly. He came in, assessed the issue and made all repairs within a reasonable amount of time. We would definitely recommend this company to others!

    Replace furnace and AC

    The experience from meeting with the sales representative to the actual installation was pleasant and friendly. Scheduling the work was very easy. The technicians who came were knowledgeable and experienced and they were able to get both units working on scheduled time. Technicians were courteous and observed proper process inside the home (laid mats, wore of shoe covers, gloves/masks). I was impressed by how they trained kindly a new employee to the trade as part of their team. I see their dedication and commitment to quality in what they do as they help each other to finish the task. They're like a family together.

    Burst pipe

    Great and quick service from Atlas in response to an emergency situation. The plumber alerted me before he arrived, was respectful of pandemic precautions, and got the job done. Above and beyond.

    Air Duct cleaning

    Air ducts were cleaned. The crew was neat and professional. They arrived on time, and accidently set our fire alarm off. No harm as we were able to cancel the alarm.

    New Space Pak

    We are pleased with the way our new system operates and grateful to Atlas for the excellent service provided at a time that people are fearful of going into people's homes due to Covid-19. Their technicians took extra precaution and were very vigilant following all of the protocol.

    Very Expensive Diagnostic Service

    Requested a service call on May 26 for my AC unit which was not cooling. Leo was nice, pleasant enough, quick and asked if I wanted a leak test which was a flat $500 fee. Didn't have much of a choice considering the circumstances on a hot day. He showed me where the evaporator coil was leaking in 2 places. He submitted the old unit's model & serial numbers to see if they were under manufacturer's warranty after 7 years. It was no longer covered. The email estimate I received on May 28 was for $2400 to replace the evaporator coil with a link that asked to accept the repair. Not a practical solution considering the compressor and condenser coil could be just as "iffy" at 7 years old. I asked for a quote on a replacement unit on May 28 and I've still got no response 4 1/2 days later. I talked with 2 other service techs who said that $500 is a high fee for a leak test service, which is often part of the Initial diagnostic/service call for a "not cooling", and sometimes but not always a small fee might be added for it, but not $500. In spite of acting on a positive referral from a colleague, there's no way I would be able to recommend Atlas Care.

    Atlas Care reliable

    We have been a customer of Atlas Care for over 30 years and are always satisfied with the service and attention to detail. This is our second house and have heating and AC installed, serviced and repaired over the years. The technicians are always knowledgeable and helpful.

    Excellent service

    I have used Atlas Care for almost 30 years to service and maintain furnaces in my homes in Toronto. I have always received excellent service, including the one time that an old furnace stopped working during a cold snap. The technicians that do the semi-yearly tune ups are knowledgeable and efficient. Recently, Atlas installed a new Lennox furnace and air conditioner. The experience was excellent from the quotation process through to the install process. Everyone I dealt with at Atlas, from the sales person to the installation technicians were good at their jobs.

    Water Heater Replacement

    My hot water tank broke Saturday night and my experience with Atlas Care couldn't have been any better. I called their emergency line late at night and chatted with their on-call technician (Garrett? Gerard?) who, after sharing videos of the issue, was able to diagnose the problem and the need for a full replacement. He talked me through all the safety precautions I should take over night to isolate the problem and make sure that the heater was stable overnight so it could be investigated the next day. The next day, Abdel visted our home to do an on-site visit to review of our broken water heater and walk us through our options for replacement. He was patient with all of our questions and even worked on the weekend to confirm the replacement water heater would be installed first thing Monday morning. My experince with Adbel was much better than my experience with other providers who would only give me quotes over the phone and couldn't quote the cost of the job until they finished the work. On the install day, Abdel came by early in the morning just as the installers arrived to make sure the day went smoothly. He was always available for a call or text message to answer any questions. On the day of, the installers (Mike and Mike) were amazing. They were on time, polite, answered all of my questions, and did terrific work. They finished on time, cleaned up afterwards and before leaving they spent time walking me through the system and work they completed. Overall, the experience was amazing and I couldn't be happier with the end result.
