Lyndon was excellent! He completed the job quickly, and provided me a great summary of the work completed and things to watch out for in the future. AtlasCare admin staff and management were responsive and helpful as well. I couldn’t be happier.

We scheduled an appointment to attend to my leaking humidifier for today. I received a text saying the service man was on his way at 8:15 (even though it wasn’t scheduled until noon). So I stuck around thinking that the service call was in the morning. But at 11am, I called and Atlas called to confirm noon. I think there was some type of error or glitch. But Anthony showed up at noon and solved the issue quickly, clearly and with professionalism Thanks

I’ve been with Atlas for several years. They are always very responsive if ever I’ve had and emergency furnace call and their technicians are always courteous and explain things very well. I woke up this morning with the house at 61 degrees and Atlas was here in less than an hour. Great service!

Have been using AtlasCare for 19 years. I had my ducts cleaned on November 15 by two pleasant fellows, RJ and T. They did a thorough job and showed me the before and after pictures (attached). Great job and what a difference. Thanks guys!

Cody arrived in good time to access the repairs on my toilet. He had to leave to pick up parts he didn't have available in his truck. He was back in good time. He was very thorough in accessing the problem & also very timely in the repairs. I wasn't planning on replacing the valve but it leaked every time it was shut off or turned on so we decided it was a good idea to replace the valve also. Cody was very diligent in his work & thorough. He checked the toilet multiple times to make sure it worked perfectly. I was very satisfied with Cody's professional manner, excellent work & making sure it all worked well before leaving.

Rep spent about 1 1/2 hours servicing the furnace. He explained what he was doing and thoroughly cleaned the area. He was very courteous and worked very efficiently. He came within the time specified. We were very satisfied with his service.

This a prepaid annual check up for our furnace and tankless waster heater. It takes about an hour to check and make sure the equipment is in good working order. Atlas Cares employees know the equipment and how it needs to be maintained.

AtlasCare always provides friendly service; there are no surprises,and all questions are always answered. The advance text notification with details about the service technician scheduled to arrive is an added layer of security. I have always been happy with Atlascare.

Today Nov.18/19 was our furnace service for the year, Alexander our technician was right on time, he is a very nice person and has a professional air about him. He explained what he done during the service to me advising different things I should i.e. replace the humidifier pad and also the air filter which I will do this coming week. I would recommend Atlas Care to anyone they are a great company very professional and very pleasant to deal with. I have nothing but praise for them.

The condenser on our boiler was leaking and was gradually worsening by the day. We were able to make an appointment quickly and the technician (Del) promptly and solved the problem. Many thanks Atlas!!
