No heat!
We have recently moved into a new home. This morning we woke up to no heat. I called the company whose sticker was on the existing furnace. They said it would be 2 weeks for a service call!! They recommended that I call Atlas. I did and Atlas had a technician out this afternoon, the same day! The technician found the issue, it wasn’t obvious, and fixed it. 5 star service for sure!
The faulty wire was considered to be part of the diagnostics call which was included in my one year care plan, so the call today was N/C.
It’s great when someone actually shows up as promised and solves the problem! Happy customer.
