I just recently moved into a home that needed a new furnace and after renting for 10 years I had no idea how to determine this. I interviewed 4 companies and found Atlas to be the best for a variety of reasons 1. they were honest and did NOT use fear tactics like the other companies 2. they were VERY knowledgable 3. they were not pushy 4. the company is small enough that when you call you can speak to the same person you dealt with before, yet big enough to be highly reputable. thank you so much Atlas! well done!

Had a furnace humidifier leak. Atlas Cares arrived within 24 hours and had the leak fixed. Fantastic Technicians. Jordan, the on call technician, instructed me to turn off the water valve to the humidifier to stop the leak. Ilio arrived the next day, on time, and repaired the leak. Great job guys!! Thank you

Rick B came out on time as scheduled, diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired the problem with the furnace, which was the second failure in ten days. Hence the repair was done under warranty.

Jason, the tech fellow sent by Atlas care, was exceptionally friendly and got my furnace back running on the same day of my call, on the coldest day of the year. Thankfully, he had the needed replacement pump with him in his truck. I am grateful. Atlas has provided me with good service for many years.

My furnace wasn't working on the coldest day of the year. Atlas Care came within a few hours and Jordan was very professional and explained everything that was wrong. They fixed the matter fast and efficiently .Very happy that the resolved the matter so quickly.

There are many duct cleaning companies I found by doing random Google searches, but Atlas stood out immediately. Their website is exceptionally informative, their video if the services, videos of service trucks and technicians.. When I called some other competitors they mostly sounded very amateurish, working out of PO Boxes, operating out of cell phone #s and most importantly all using standard cargo vans/trucks with average duct cleaning equipment. Atlas first of all has the largest service truck in the industry that's about 25ft long, just massive, exceptionally powerful. 2 guys came in Lee and Hemon fully dressed in uniform, feet protection, protective matts for my floors, big smile on their face, we spoke about my home and about life itself, i mean just wonderful human beings. they explained the entire process and checked my furnace/filter, then started the cleaning. in less then 3 hrs it was done, cleaned up, shown me before and after photos of my inner ducts, and then I've experienced one of the most courteous post-service conversations from them, just super amazing customer service. They thanked me for my business, departed with a smile. It was -27 degrees today due to heavy cold but these guys worked non stop in and out and said they have few more homes to do, the dedication and passion for their job is clearly visible. 100% Highly recommended if you are looking for a real professional corporate name in this duct cleaning industry. 1000% I am satisfied.

Al Caruk from Atlas gave us exceptional service I called Atlad at 8am and they sent Al by 12pm Our heating wasnt working. Al went out and bought us a new control panel and got our heating working. All of this during a bad winter storm! I am so grateful for this outstanding service. I will always use Atlas in the future

Technicians arrived ahead of time, made sure the best way to run hoses was chosen to minimize heat loss in winter, made sure their boots were covered to avoid dirt, did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards. Suggested cleaning of dryer vent which was agreed to. IN and out in 3 hours. Lots of dirt in vents after renovations. Thank you.

Service was impeccable. Problem identified at 7pm sunday evening and new pump ordered and installed at 10am monday. Makeshift runoff was set up for us to capture water overnight. Your service team could not have been more professional, or helpful, which is why we have been relying on Atlas for all of our heating and cooling needs for the past 20 years.

Their removal of the old unit and installation of the new unit was done in a very orderly, neat and professional fashion. The crew were polite and not intrusive. They checked the unit and wouldn't leave the house until they were satisfied it was working. They had to come back - and did so the same day- due to a fan issue. Overall very satisfied with the company.
