Quick, efficient, and courteous as usual. Technician arrived promptly and at scheduled time. I have dealt with this company for over 20 years and in that time, I have always been impressed by their technicians and their service.

My furnace stopped working for the upstairs level of my house after their regular working hours. I called their emergency service and they sent a young man named Kyle out to fix it almost immediately. (This was at 10:00 pm on a bitterly cold night!) Turns out my furnace had a "stuck" pressure valve and he was able to fix it right then and there. Kyle was so professional and kind that I wanted to adopt him. I have been with "Atlas Care" since early 2002 and would highly recommend them to everyone. You can get a service contract (if you want) and you will have absolute peace of mind winter and summer.

Thrilled with the service provided. Nav came within a few hours of calling for service. Highly recommend the service deal they offer. Ask about it. Great company! I feel very confident, I now have a reputable company for my furnace & ac needs, cause I've had a few of them!

Lyndon was fantastic! He offered to come out the evening prior, but we settled on the next afternoon. The arrival window was 1 to 5pm and he arrived at 1:30pm. He was courteous, professional and friendly. Thank you, Atlas Care :)

The technician was on time and thorough. He recommended a change in a connection line that was not to code. He made a follow up appointment for us to reconnect the service. Well done.

My furnace was trying to turn on and would cut out. Then finally come on after a few tries. Jerry from Atlas came and checked out the whole furnace and explained exactly what he did to me. Even showed me where to look on the furnace to see the colour of the sensors if there is another problem. I have been with Atlas for over 20 years and they are absolutely the best.

Al came in and found a working solution to a complicated problem with my high velocity HVAC. Not only that, since this was the second diagnostic it was free. atlascare stuck to their work on satisfaction guaranteed. I will definitely be referring them to all.

The Atlas care service technician (Del) identified and fixed a problem that was causing low heat throughput on our 2-stage, high efficiency furnace. He persisted in checking out numerous potential issues until he found the source of the problem and fixed it. He focused on finding and fixing the problem, not just doing a quick look and recommending trying new parts, or replacing the furnace. He also suggested some other improvements that we could make (now or later) to provide better efficiency. Through the whole process he was very professional, courteous and friendly.

Can’t say enough about the quality and speed of their service. I had a problem that needed to be checked out and phoned to book an appointment. I thought I would see if another service provider could come sooner so made a few phone calls. By the time I was calling Atlas to confirm the booking, their guy arrived — literally while I was on the phone with them! Kyle was in and out in about 30 minutes and we are relieved that our furnace is functioning as it should. He even recommended ways to reduce the costs of service through their service plan! Simply awesome!

This is a regular twice yearly check up of furnace and water heater is part of the service contract that we have subscribed to for years with the folks at Atlas Care
