The company installed a high efficiency furnace for me. Every part of the process was handled professionally. The salesperon was knowledgable and helpful. The technicians were hardworking pros, neat and polite. They worked as a team to figure out how to install the furnace in my older townhouse where space was tight. It was important to me to have a well established company that would stand behind their work.

Sean and Nick showed up on time and replaced our old drum-type humidifier with a GeneralAire 1042. They also installed the add-on "Water Savor [sic]" board, which limits the amount of water wasted in this flow-through design. Why this can't be controlled with a simple ball-valve is beyond me, but I'm not an engineer. They did a great job, explained everything, had me install the evaporator pad (to save on labour next time) and overall we are very pleased. The humidifier works well.

When our basement flooded Brendan worked quickly to get us all the specialized people we needed to do clean-up, make the needed changes to ensure we dont have this problem again, and to work on the rebuild of our basement. Ruslan and Andrii were hard-working and conscientious about doing the very best job possible when installing our water barrier and sump pump. It helped make the unpleasant experience of a flooded basement much more bearable!

We have been Atlas customers for close to 30 years. Our furnace, humidifier, A/C and thermostat are all installed by Atlas. We have a maintenance contract every year. I talk to customer service and maintenance staff. They are all courteous, respectful of property and provide details on the latest equipment and service without pressure.

Del Ligias was the Atlas Care service technician who took our urgent call when our furnace stopped working overnight -- and he happened to be the same technician who had performed our regular Fall service. Del is responsive, quick, on-time, and always very professional and friendly. He replaced a faulty igniter and got us back up and running no problem. [Adding this after Del came out to our house again in June. Our air conditioner stopped working the evening before we were leaving for a 3 week trip to Europe. I called the Atlas office, and in less than 30 minutes Del called to ask a few questions and say he would come right out. He arrived less than an hour later, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it -- all covered under our Atlas service plan. Del is the best there is!

The service technician Kyle was most courteous and very professional. We had no hot water on a Friday evening and he got us up and running. He was very thorough and explained everything well.

Leonard took his time analyzing the problem with my furnace and explained everything to me very clearly. He solved my problem and recommended other servicing needs without being pushy. He was also on time and friendly.

We were without hot water and called Atlas Care who sent a technician to diagnose the problem. One internal connection was leaking and required replacement of some parts. Since the technician did not have the necessary parts he located them at a supplier and drove over picked them up, fixed the issue and restored our supply of hot water the same day. Thanks, Nav!

I recently needed a new humidifier. Chris from Atlas came to the house and did an efficient, clean job. He communicated well throughout (I wasn't home during the job) and had a good sense of humour and personal touch.
