The team arrived as scheduled, worked in a tight space to remove old furnace suspended from the ceiling and replace with updated model in same location. Placed dust mats as best as possible to minimize dirt. I heard the installers talking between themselves discussing how they should best approach each aspect of this 'not normal' install, and I was impressed by their professional attitude towards the job. After a few minor variances to their plan, the furnace was up and running by 4:30pm. Well done the team from Atlas Care!

I would recommend Atlas Care. Kudos to Rudy for his help in getting a quote and configuration that worked for the condo board and our requirements. Installation team was very efficient and generally cleaned up well. All equipment was explained. Communication from Atlas Care is electronic with notification on technician arrival which is very helpful.

Furnace had stopped working. Jason came and quickly found that plastic had been sucked in to the air intake and blocked the flow of sir. it was quickly diagnosed and fixed.

From the moment we booked the service to the follow-up after the service was completed, everything was excellent. The phone support to book was fast and easy, the emailed reminders including day-of notification complete with profile picture showing which technicians were coming provided a feeling of safety and reliability. Hemon and Lee were great brand ambassadors. They were very careful around the house, using booties and carpets to protect the furnishings. I also appreciated how careful they were not to spook or let our pets out. Overall, I would recommend this company.

Anthony and johnston arrived and i felt very comfortable with both of them as they were very polite and professional. They explained exactly what they were going to do and went about their work. When the job was completed they explained everything again and made sure that I knew how to operate the new humidifier. I've been an Atlas customer for over 20 years and no else is allowed to touch my furnace or air conditioner. GREAT COMPANY

Technician was prompt, personable and courteous. He explained job as he went along and was respectful of my home and pets. I would recommend him and Atlas Care who I have been a customer of for many years.

AtlasCare inspected my existing system and recommended a replacement. The work was scheduled to take 3 days and was completed on time. The crew arrived each day at the promised time and were all polite, efficient, and unobtrusive, advising me of progress and some challenges they faced. They went out of their way to install the outdoor condenser without cutting down a portion of my yew hedge, which made their access much more difficult. When finished, the worksite was left as tidy as it had been when they arrived. I am very satisfied with their work and AtlasCare.

I contacted the Atlas care team to service my boiler. The heat was not working at all and we needed to act fast for our tenant. The team came out the home on Sunday and resolved the issue.
