Furnace not working
Jason came promptly, did a thorough investigation of the furnace and thermostat, and determined the motor blower was not firing. He was professional, competent, and still smiling - at 10:30 pm after a 7:00am start to his day! It wasn’t good news for us but Jason has a consultation set up for us at 7am tomorrow, will deduct his bill from a new furnace should we go that route, but he will order our part immediately so we have that alternative available to us.
A bright young ambassador Atlas can be grateful to have as an employee!
