Our furnace broke down on New Year's Day, Atlas Care responded within half an hour, with the technician Anthony showing up a couple of hours later. He was unable to immediately repair the furnace but assured us it would be repaired the next day, (and it has been) and left us with 2 space heaters. I cannot stress how pleased I am with Atlas Care. I strongly recommend Atlas Care.

Sean was very knowledgeable, personable and timely in the inspection of our furnace. We were pleased with his work and answers to our questions. He went to great length to solve minor heating problems that we had.

Beware of using this company. Prices are off the map for very poor products and customer service. Ongoing issues with central humidifier, charged multiple times for same problem. 2 "senior" tech's later, and still only a temporary fix. Last visit told, "you'll have to start paying again." Time to use another company.

The technician arrived on time, did the work they said they would do. Checked a number of things and replaced the air filter and humidifier pad. Good piece of mind before it gets cold.

I called Atlas Care when my furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days of the year. I was very happy with their quick turnaround, transparent pricing and good service. I recommend this company.

He came within the agreed time period. He was neat. He carried out the required maintenance functions promptly. He explained what parts need replacing and what the cost would be. It was a positive experience. But this was my first significant interaction with an AtlasCare technician.

Just had my ducts and central vac lines cleaned by AtlasCare Heating and Cooling. Darien and Johnson were great - very professional, polite and courteous. They wore booties over their shoes while in my home and laid down a red carpet to protect my floors and walls from the hoses they use. They explained the cleaning process to me and provided some recommendations for things I could do to better protect my furnace and humidifier. I had heard about a water heater replacement program their company offers and they not only knew about it but had a flyer in their truck which they gave me, which explains all the details. I am very happy with the service done by Darien and Johnson and would definitely recommend AtlasCare!!

We were in a ‘no heat’ situation with a cracked heat exchanger. Two days to Christmas and the furnace was ‘tagged’. I asked for a replacement quote for a furnace and A/C, their sales team was to come out for a quote the next day. I then remembered I had heard great things about AtlasCare so instead of panicking and continuing my current relationship, I reached out to AtlasCare. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed that a live person answered the phone at 7:30 p.m. at night on a weekend. In less than 15 minutes, I received a call from the sales team to set up a quote for the next day. The next day both companies provided on site quotes. Lynn provided a no pressure quote that was easy to understand and included a series of questions to help determine our needs. It was an easy decision to go with AtlasCare. We were able to get an installation appointment for the next day (Christmas eve). Tedros, Joo Young and Jamie arrived early and were all done and our home cleaned up well before 3:00 p.m. The workmanship and installation are neater and cleaner looking than the original furnace and A/C. The entire AtlasCare team was professional we were never under any pressure to make a hasty decision or to over buy. Considering ‘no heat’ and the proximity to Christmas, I was very impressed. I will be recommending AtlasCare to everyone.

As usual, my experience with AtlasCare is above the rest, from booking the appointment through the customer care deparmtent and today with Anthony Dicaro, world class service in a world lacking it!

Our 20yr old furnace was on the fritz, and having dealt with AtlasCare in the previous years and being satisfied with each visit (from our furnace breaking down in the winter). We opted for the free consult and estimate. Our consultant, Lynn, came in the next day, assessed everything quickly and thoroughly, and provided options. Within 2 days, we had Neil and John show up on time and eager to get us set up and warmed up with a new Lennox furnace. They were professional, clean and did an amazing job. It was an excellent experience and I highly recommend them should you need their services!
