This was a no heat situation due to a compromised heat exchanger. I was able to book the furnace install the day, the team arrived promptly. They were very professional and neat, ensuring the equipment was functioning properly and cleaning everything up before they left. Team was knowledgeable and answered all questions.

I just had my ducts, central vac and dryer vent cleaned by AtlasCare! I am so very pleased! I received a confirmation e-mail of services ordered followed by a reminder email and text the evening prior to our appointment.. What really topped out for me was the phone call giving a heads up that they are on their way followed by an E-mail and text with a photo of the staff that were coming! This was a very comforting addition to recognized the faces that I was about to allow access throughout my home. These young men were punctual, professional, thorough, polite and respectful of me and my home. They discussed each step, what was to happen, and provided a written summary of all that occurred with recommendations of how to improve my home efficiency. I would absolutely recommend AtlasCare! 5-Stars plus!!!

Lyndon is friendly and efficient and an asset to the company! He was on time and had very helpful advice on the plan that worked best for us considering the age of our system.

Needed emergency repair on dripping pipe that was leaking CO2. My furnace had to be shut down. This was discovered during a routine check-up by Sean who was professional and very thorough in his assessment. Kyle arrived within half an hour to repair the pipe and was also very professional. My experience with AtlasCare has always been great. The company is efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and accomodating.

We are on the Guaranteed Comfort Plan for Air Conditioning and Furnace maintenance. The service technicians have been polite and efficient. Their recommendations have been helpful. Always punctual and always a clean job.

Atlas Care (Hemon, Lee & Deshaun) were extremely thorough and conscientious. They were pleasant, professional and knowledgeable, and careful to protect our floors and trim. Our house is new construction and had the inevitable layers of construction dust and debris in the ducts. Deshaun took before and after photos - the ducts looked like brand new sheet metal when they had finished. We were impressed and would not hesitate to recommend AtlasCare.

Lots of communication, feedback. Considerate, fast working, concerned with customer satisfaction, helpful advice. The team advised ducts were complex, lots of dust, asked if I had plans that would require speedy work on their part. Were accurate in time estimate, done ahead of time, minimized disruption. Overall good experience.

The three technicians arrived on time, took care to protect household flooring and carpets and were well organised and worked hard to remove the old heat pump and install the new. They worked well together and completed the work pretty well in the time predicted and left only when the installation had been test run and shown to be performing to expectations.

Very professional work by all involved. There were a few communication gaps due to email issues but our sales agent Rudy Hogeveen answered all our many questions along the way and the installation crews were diligent and efficient. In particular, Nassir P. who installed the humidifier was knowledgable about the product, articulate and helpful.

Received an e-mail advising of a sale on duct cleaning and since it had never been done in our home - went ahead and booked an appointment. From the first phone call to the finish of the service provided - everything was done with the utmost professionalism. Highly recommend Atlas Care to anyone needing any of their many services.
