Del did the most thorough annual maintenance check I have ever had. I would recommend him and Atlas strongly. He did both inside and outside checks. He answered any questions I had and offered recommendations.

Every service person that has come from Atlas Care has been, first and foremost, a nice person, as well as knowledgeable and efficient. They have all shown respect for the house and leave the work area clean. Our last few maintenance visits have been from Eric, who has provided invaluable advice and innovative solutions to any problems (winter dryness, for example) without trying to up-sell us on new product. We bought our last furnace from Atlas Care and it has been running smoothly for 10 years. I have absolute trust in this company.

As a past client of Atlas for a prior house where I was completely satisfied with their emergency installation of a new furnace, I took advantage of their pre-Boxing Week special to have my ducts cleaned. Darren & Kelvin were courteous, professional and efficient. Very satisfied and highly recommend the company.

I have been using Atlas Care for about 30 years in two different homes. I have purchased complete HVAC systems from them over the years and utilize their Optimum maintenance program. Their service is always outstanding and this is just another case in point. Two weeks ago, while doing the annual maintenance on the furnace, the technician noticed that the CO2 levels were getting high and the temperature was also getting too high. I spoke with Nemo Mansouri, the service supervisor to consider my options. Nemo was very sympathetic with my situation and clearly wanted to do the right thing. I was on the verge of considering buying an entire new system. However, Nemo informed me that the heat exchangers were at fault but covered under the manufacturers warranty for the parts. Therefore, because I had the Optimum plan, he said the labour was covered. Why not fix it now and decide in the spring if it was time for a whole new system. Wow! What honesty and clearly a genuine caring for the customer. Steve Woods, the field supervisor came out today and did an amazing job of dismantling the entire furnace, replacing the primary and secondary heat exchangers and then reassembling everything. Up and running in a few hours. Steve arrived on time and finished within the time frame he estimated. My furnace room was left spotless. All is great. Another example of a quality company offering dependable, reliable and quality service. Kudos to Atlas. Recommend anyone to join their customer base either for a new install or ongoing maintenance. While they don't advertise as such, in my mind I believe Atlas offers a no aggravation approach to new installs and on-going support. My two cents. Hope that helps

Atlas helped us out a few years ago when our furnace died suddenly in the middle of a particularly cold January. Since then, we've used them for all our tune-ups and recently for our duct cleaning. They called to arrange everything, arrived on time and were very respectful of our home (and our pets, who were a bit spooked by the sounds of the cleaning hose). I would definitely recommend this company.

The technicians were punctual, professional, polite, and explained very clearly what they were doing. We will definitely recommend AtlasCare to friends and family. Fantastic service from the initial call to final installation.

Tenants at a Toronto triplex we manage reported a no heat situation on a Saturday, mid-December, at 12:30pm. I called Atlas Care and was immediately greeted by a phone rep. who collected all my info. and advised a tech would call within the hour, which is exactly what happened, and by 2:30pm, the heat was restored. The tech, Del, called when on site to inform me what he found when he arrived and all the items he checked while on site and then sent a detailed report via email. Del even called later that Saturday night to follow-up to ensure the furnace will still functioning as it should. The whole process from the initial phone call to Atlas Care to Del calling Saturday night to check up, was top-notch service and I was truly impressed! Thanks Del :)

Atlas handles my annual furnace service and maintenance. the service from Daniel was impeccable, from the personal introduction in advance via email to the prompt, polite, respectful and efficient service onsite.

Atlas provides a good service. They are prompt and their employees are always polite, personable & knowledgeable. Gas Techician/fitters take the time to answer any questions. I find this company honest and they never use pressure sales tackets. Very professional.
