Eric is so friendly and knowledgeable. He goes over and above and explains everything in detail so you fully understand how your furnace is running. He makes suggestions and offers cost saving alternatives. Atlas sends the same technician, Eric, to my house every year for the annual furnace service, which I appreciate. Atlas sent a text message when Eric was on his way to my house for the appointment as well as a picture of him, which is a great safety feature, especially for clients who are not familiar with what their technician looks like. Atlas has modern clean vehicles on the road which speaks volumes about the company. They give their clients 10* service and treat their employees very well. I have been a client of Atlas for years and will continue to give them my business.

Lee and Hemon were polite and professional. They covered their work boots each time they came into my home (which is important when you have new floors) and they left everything spotless. I would recommend AtlasCare without reservation.

Lyndon arrived within the allocated time frame. He provided excellent service - professional, polite and friendly. Lyndon did exactly what was scheduled to be done - an annual cleaning and maintenance of the humidifier. I appreciate the excellent service I have received from Atlas Care over the years. Men arrived on time, were polite and cheerful, with Chris being very reassuring about how the work was to be done. They were careful with walls in moving tanks around, replaced heavy boxes for me in the furnace room when finished, and were uncomplaining and indeed happy about using my narrow side laneway to come and go, instead of walking through the house, where the potential for damage was higher.

Twenty years ago Atlas Air installed our last furnace and today I hired them again to install a new one. I have nothing but good things to say about the whole team. Thank you!

We’ve used AtlasCare for regular maintenance for many years and have always been happy with their knowledge and service level. So when it came time to replace our old, failing heating and cooling systems and old black piping, we turned to them to do the job. Sales rep Fraser G gave us practical advice for our situation and was very responsive to questions we emailed while determining what to purchase. The purchase and installation was easily arranged, no delays. The replacement of systems was a complicated job that took 2 days, but installer Tedros Gebru and his team were able to complete everything with minimal mess, minimal opening of bulkhead walls and minimal inconvenience. Very professionally done and everyone was knowledgeable, hard working and considerate. Happy to have brand new systems installed that will hopefully work better while saving energy and related costs. Will continue to use Atlas for maintenance and would definitely recommend.

Problem with my furnace. It wasn't obvious what was causing the rattle. But they came, on time, diagnosed it gave me an estimate. Then came back and fixed it. What more could I ask?

Jason was very courteous and I was impressed he took the training, not only in the service requirements, but the interpersonal skills he exhibited very seriously. He performed his work well and provided quick answers to key questions.

We had our furnace maintained and ducts cleaned after an Atlas Care technician pointed out that maintenance and cleaning were needed. We had had a bad experience with another company in the past, so we had been avoiding taking care of it. However, because Atlas did such a good job with our air conditioning issues, we trusted that the good service would continue and we are pleased to report that it has. I have already recommended Atlas to my neighbour down the street.

Returning from five days of travel, found the heat off in our home. Called Atlas Care on Saturday evening... technician arrived in 30 minutes and had the problem solved in 15 minutes. Splendid!
