We had an excellent experience with Atlas Care! When our first service appointment did not go as planned, they came back and did it again!! They have a definite commitment to great customer service. We have now purchased both products and services from the company and have had a wonderful experience every time. They truly care about their customers and we would happily refer them to friends and family.

I have been a Atlas Care customer for 10+ years. I have a service plan with them for heating and cooling. I am very satisfied with this company. Taz was here today and was excellent. He was very thorough and clear in his explanation to my questions. Ainsley

On gen. cleanup, with old contract exp., some pot. problems with old furnace, diagnosed. So, in good trust, a satisfied customer, 3 yrs., we went ahead with recommendation, for a prime, new Lennox furnace, for economy, quieter, more efficient, furnace. The next Day, we are 110% satisfied, with ALL, Atlas care H ^A, Co. But esp. both in installer, Jon...went about his business, competently, friendly, always in charge. We 'feel safe', in His expertise, & this product, the service always great with Atlas. Jooyung is a super guy, a good Atlas Techy. A good new 'cold Dec.', furnace, is like a Xmas present, from high above..to keep safely warm... God Bless..k +

Alex is a personable, knowledgeable, efficient and go-the-extra-mile guy. Another 20 words to go (sigh)—one would think concision appreciated by readers of any review posted to Home Stars, if not, apparently, by Home Stars itself.

Atlas has serviced our system since 1997 when we moved here, and replaced our system in 2012. Both the spring/fall service has been great and the installation of the new furnace and A/C unit was very professionally done. We have been very satisfied with our service experience. Our Tech Rick B. has been friendly, reliable, and does a thorough job.

This was a big job, furnace, hot water heater and air conditioner all in a tight space. These guys were AWESOME! Quick, clean and the job is perfect. They were friendly and fun, clearly they love what they do and truly care about the end result...a satisfied customer!

I was used to seeing ads (from other companies) offering $130 for unlimited vents, including before/after pictures. But reviews for those were usually bad, with several no shows, furnaces that stopped working, upselling, etc. I decided on AtlasCare due to good reviews, even though I was charged $419+tax. The communication before arrival was excellent! They arrived precisely on time, and sent a message letting me know they were on their way. One of the technicians, Hemon, was nothing but polite and professional. I'm very please with him. The other guy not so much. He didn't introduce himself or said hello, and also left debris around some of the vents. I was a bit disappointed that they said they couldn't scan what was sucked, since my son lost a toy in the vents and we were hoping to retrieve it. Anyway, good service, but nothing special. No before/after pictures, no dryer vent cleaning, no toy retrieval, no spotless job. We only hired them because we finished a renovation. Nobody has any alergies or asthma. So it's like nothing happened, except I have less money in my pocket, and had to do some cleaning after they left. I'll probably do more research next time and try to find something similar for less.

Annual service worth its weight in gold. Efficient, effective, responsive and responsible. Very happ with service—customers for many years—two houses. We have Space Pak air conditioning system in house with no ducts. Didn’t work well until we got Atlas Care. They revamped it and have serviced it ever since. Now it WORKS. Very good service people, lovely people to deal with—on time and do the job well. Unfortunately it took 5 visits this years to figure out that the problem was a part that only malfunctioned after a couple hours, but they persisted, and no extra charge—except the part. Highly recommend Atlas Care.

Anthony Y. is an excellent and very professional service technician who is informative, efficient and friendly. This was his second visit which proved to be another very positive experience....I appreciate his conscientious and considerate manner, which makes me a very satisfied customer!
