Atlas service people are the best . I made the appointment a month a go and they arrive on time today. Did a complete check of the furnace and made suggestions if needed. This is part of a service contract that includes a yearly check up.

Daniel came early and we discussed our concerns with the heating and performance of the humidifier. Service was performed on both equipment and adjustments made. Daniel took the time to explain new settings and how to adjust based on weather conditions going forward. Estimates was emailed before leaving for upgrades should performance not improve home comfort. Professional and neat. Overall very satified

Alex was our technician today to service our furnace. He was very thorough and offered very good advice for the future of our equipment. We have always have had good service from Atlas Care over the years and highly recommend this company.

Atlascare is professional and thorough. The service technician was excellent, knowledgeable and fully explored my concerns and issues with me as part of an annual service check. I enjoy the completely seamless experience supported by web/mail/txt. You know who is coming, when they are on their way and a complete record of what has been reviewed is sent after the visit.

We have had Atlas Care servicing our HVAC equipment for over 15 years, and have had only 1 semi-poor experience - several years ago. Thanks to Atlas and the annual cleaning of our appliances, we have extended the life to just over 23 years... not bad considering the life expectancy is around 15 years. Now, the furnace is is worn out and time to replace it and the A.C. Since I recommend Atlas Care to all of my roof clients, I would not consider any other company. Anthony was great today, in determining the time has come for this unit. I have an appointment set up with Fraser tomorrow, to discuss the options and costs for new Lennox equipment. Oh yes, Atlas also installed a new hot water tank, in May '18, when the former Enbridge rental, began leaking. Dave B, Etobicoke

I have been a customer for greater than 45 years. Recently had a tune up on the water heater and noted that the water was scalding hot. Asked for repair man to check the temp and he found the temp exceeded 150. He lowered the temp to 120 and I had to run the water to clear the tank until it reached a safe level. I will be asking more questions in the future when the items are serviced.

We are on a regular plan with Atlas care; in our regular service call they found a problem with the boiler and that's the $600 cost. The visit was part of the regular plan. We always have great service from this company, and today was no exception. Their technician, Binyam, is very friendly and pleasant. We are happy to recommend him and the company.

Deshawn and Kelvin who work for AtlasCare were excellent and very professional. It was a pleasure to have them in my home and the ducts were sparking when they were done. Job well done!!

I have been using this company for the past three years and I am delighted with the service that I have received so far. Al, the technician is absolutely the best: professional, knowledgeable, and polite. He makes recommendations without making one feel pressured. I will have no problem telling others about Atlas and of course, Al.

Service technician was prompt and arrived when scheduled. Atlas Care has a great customer care program. You are notified by text or email to confirm the appointment in advance and then advised when the technician is on the way. In my opinion this means a lot because there is nothing worse than taking time off work, only to have the technician not show up or wait for hours. Anyone who has experienced waiting for the "cable guy" knows exactly what I mean. would highly recommend Atlas Care.
