Eric came out to perform the annual furnace checkup. As is always the case, he arrived on time and proceeded to meticulously and comprehensively check all the requisite safety and comfort systems related to the furnace. I always appreciate that he doesn't take shortcuts or gets distracted. He's the consummate professional - proficient, knowledgeable, meticulous, efficient, friendly, courteous, and respectful. Eric represents AtlasCare in the best possible way - by providing customer service which, as far as I am concerned, is second to none. Needless to say, I intend to continue to be a very satisfied AtlasCare customer.

We have used the services of Atlas for a few years and they are consistently reliable, offering fast, friendly and professional service. The respond quickly to emergencies and provide excellence maintenance for our furnace. We highly recommend them!

I am very satisfied with Atlas Care & the Tech they sent. I give the company an excellent recommendation. The Tech was on time and did a thorough job & left me information on the condition of my equipment.

AtlasCare always looks after us. The service and customer care they provide is outstanding. We purchased a new furnace after Rudy the sales rep came to the house and spent quite a bit of time with us explaining all the options available. Venicio and Steve the installation techs were wonderful. They showed up on time, put down floor protection and went to work. After the install, Venicio went over all the details of the new furnace. Working with AtlasCare has been stress free, all their employees are professional, knowledgeable and customer friendly.

Had them come in to fix my furance. Convinced me to sign up for their service plan. The initial fix was fine. I had them come in to provide me a quote for a replacement of a furnace a few months later. They came in did a bunch of measurements, etc. and never bothered to get back to me. I attempted to cancel the service plan but they continued to charge me months afterwards. Do not sign up for their service plan.

Del from Atlas Care was great. He was polite and explained the problem we were experiencing with our furnace. He went above and beyond, testing everything, working the thermostat, checking filters and vents. Overall great experience with Del and Atlas Care.

Anthony Yongao is not only an extremely pleasant young man, he is the most thorough tech I've ever seen from Atlas. He checked things I'd never seen prior techs check, and took his time to make everything secure. A most excellent service experience. We can now look forward confidently to winter.

Anthony prepared our gas furnace for the winter season. He diagnosed a faulty humidifier problem and recommended a newer more efficient model for us. We are always very pleased with the service personnel from AtlasCare.

This was our semi annual service check of our boiler and Spacepak AC system. Jerry performed the service and explained what he was doing and the measurements he was taking. I find all of the techs at Atlas are professionals and take excellent care of our heating and cooling systems, both systems were purchased from Atlas.
