    New Lennox furnace

    Yesterday the AtlasCare technician detected a gas leak when cleaning our 18-years old furnace. She quoted us repair costs and the cost of a brand new furnace. We decided to have a new furnace installed. A sales rep came to our house the same day to help us select a furnace. Today, Ted and Nasser installed our brand new furnace in record time. They worked without breaks from 8:30 to 3:30 pm. They left the site clean and tidy and explained clearly how the furnace works and how to use the thermostat. We were without heat for barely 24 hours! We could not be happier with the service provided by the technician and by the installers.

    Furnace service

    Jason completed our annual service for the furnace. He did the work efficiently and explained what he did and why. Jason is friendly and confident in his work. He made us feel that our furnace is in good hands. He also told us how to make sure the furnace continues to run well. Great job

    Duct Cleaning

    Abdel and Deshawan the duct cleaning team guys were awesome. They provided an overview of the process to begin with. Operated seamlessly and completed the work very diligently and with amazing care and cleanliness.

    Furnace Installation

    Today Jan. 22/18, Adam and Adam installed my new Lennox furnace and thermostat efficiently and promptly. They were polite, tidied up well explained all about the new workings and had my heat back on within 3.5 hours of arriving. I'm a happy camper.

    Emergency call at 1:30am!

    Last night our furnace stopped at 1:30am. The temperature was quickly getting down (65 degrees) and with a 2 years old in the house, we really didnt know what to do. This company was referred on a mom's group I belong to (because moms are up at 1:30am!). Anthony Yongaa returned our call in minutes and trouble shoot everything with us since it would have been difficult for him to make it for an emergency repair. We resolved the problem in a matter of minutes without a charge. Our old furnace is going to die soon and I know who we will be calling to replace it!

    Furnace not working

    My furnace was not working at all. AtlasCare sent a technician, who had to order a new part. Another technician came to install the part the next day. Thankfully this was not during the extreme cold, but still, the furnace was not operational for 24 hours. I had to call a couple of times to follow up on the timing of the repair, and everyone I spoke with was extremely courteous and professional. The technicians were also very polite, clean and careful with their snowy shoes and equipment. It is clear that AC spends time on customer service training and standards and I appreciate it!

    Excellent service. I have used this company for many years and the service people are always experienced. Anthony was the service person today - he was efficient, explained what he was doing and why.

    Emergency services with our Optimum Plus plan

    During the recent deep freeze we had to call on Atlas for emergency repair service for our 14-year old furnace (which had been supplied by a related company). It was our first ever emergency call. Their helpful people cam right away, diagnosed a complex problem, arranged for new parts and a scheduled date to install them, and left us with a workaround that kept us warm in the meantime. The parts were replaced on schedule, and we had another call to teak the system a couple of days after that. Everything was covered under our plan, no questions asked, and we paid nothing! The young energetic service staff were respectful, obtained all the knowledge they needed, and gave us great advice. We will replace our older furnace with a slightly more capable unit, and Atlas will be the first place we will go in looking for a new unit this spring or summer.. J&S Cannon

    On-Going Annual Maintenance

    I have been using AtlasCare for a number of years to service my air-handler and air conditioning systems. Of all of the companies I have used in the past, I have found that the service staff consistently provide the best customer service, well above anyone else. The staff are always knowledgeable, prompt, willing to take the time to answer my questions, and treat my home with care. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

    A Detailed Check Up with Recommendations

    Jordan B. arrived promptly for our bi-yearly check up on our furnace and air conditioner. He was extremely pleasant, professional, and did a thorough analysis of our home comfort system. He also provided some helpful recommendations to improve the quality of our indoor environment. We had just completed 6 months of renovations and Jordan suggested we have our ducts cleaned of all the dust from the work. Thank you Jordan B. and AtlasCare!
