The work was done professionally and completely to our satisfaction. Abdel and Garret to great care to ensure their equipment did not damage any of our furniture or possessions. They were both pleasant and showed us before and after photos of the work that was done.

I have been dealing with AtlasCare for over 30 years. With each visit, I continue to be impressed by their wonderful technicians and excellent Customer Service. Today Anthony Y checked to ensure that my AC System is working properly and even washed the AC units! Anthony is another testament to AtlasCare's great staff and wonderful Customer Service. The company deserves the high recommendations it consistently receives from its customers.

Friday of long weekend, AC stopped working. Customer Service had a technician out within 90 minutes. While he diligently tried to fix it, it became apparent that the air compressor was blown. In short a new AC was installed sooner than I thought.

We had Atlas Care recently out to our home for a diagnostic evaluation of our A/C. Not only did they not show up between their 4 hour window there was also no calls to inform you that they would be late. Incredibly poor customer service. The final outcome was almost $900.00 for a loose bolt that was fixed with no parts and $40 worth of refrigerant. So beware of this organization and get their pricing schedule up front as they seem to charge whatever they can get away with.

Our AC unit stopped running, and AtlasCare was prompt, professional and helpful. The first diagnostic technician (Germaine) was explained all aspects of the unit, was on time and friendly. Alex, the dispatcher, provided exceptional service and kept me in the loop via email for scheduling and follow-up. She went above and beyond, even calling in when she was sick to ensure our unit's service was scheduled. Ian, whom made the final repair, was also professional and promptly fixed the unit. I was thoroughly impressed with their customer care, and I appreciated their follow through.

Just had an AC install and I cannot believe, start-to-finish, how professional and polite AtlasCare staff were. From Jeff, the salesdude ... to Laura, in customer service/scheduling (not sure... she booked us and kept the flow of paperwork going) to the super quick and efficient Gabrial & Adam who came (in the rain) today and set us all up. So far all points of contact with Atlas have been sterling. We had called a few other places for quotes and frankly, Atlas left them all in the dust. The 10-year parts & labour warranty rocked and we're super glad they had LENNOX because the last AC we had was garbage (came w/ the house and we're not surprised it died, frankly).

Abdul and Ricardo did a very good job cleaning the ductwork in my home. They were polite and informative explaining the procedure, and made sure there was no disruption of the household.

Job well done, but the quote was $629 but I was charged $819 + Tax. Should provide accurate quote. Intake was not clean properly, the intake cover was not even removed, the air was blown through the vent by bending it.

My experience with AtlasCare was very good. The technician was very understanding of my situation, (along with the other staff). The work was done efficiently and in good time. Chris was very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend their services to others. Very happy customer!
