Button's Heating did an amazing job when installing a new heat pump system in my townhouse. This was an old property without ducts, and they helped me choose the best option for heating/cooling system. They installed a 36000 BTU multiport outdoor unit, that can perform well even under harsh winter conditions. They also installed the indoor units, one of them being a concealed unit in the attic. I did not even know that was possible before they presenting it to me. This was an amazing choice, as I now get heat/cooling through vents at the ceiling of my 3 upstairs bedrooms. Their work and their team are very professional. I am very satisfied with my attic unit, as it is so silent, hidden and keeping me warm this winter. They also made an incredible job outdoor when running the line and drain from the attic to the outdoor unit, it is so well done we can barely notice there is a line running there. I recommend them for heating/cooling systems.

Andrew is amazing and all the ladies in the shop. When you call they are lovely and courteous and keep you informed on the costs and timing. The techs call before to make sure timing still works for you and are also all great. I had scheduled a furnace check up and Andrew immediately found an issue as it sounded like the furnace from home alone. I had gotten a quote and had mentioned it was only three years old. Buttons places a warranty inquiry and my part was covered and paid for the labour only. Wow, honest company so helpful, saved me some cost as it would have been huge! What great work. Andrew was also able to figure out why my humidity in the home wasn't great as the sensor wasn't installed correctly (I have had other techs in the last 3 years and no one could find an issue). All I can say is they are worth every penny not only for the great work but from the end to end service. Thanks Andrew and the ladies at the shop, truly amazing!

Excellent service from Buttons as they changed the furnace to make it easier to change the filter and moved the AC so I had easier access down the side of the house. All done in one day and the new Daikin model works like a charm.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE I have only praise and gratitude for every person involved in my recent issue regarding a sudden break of my AC unit . It happened during an unexpected heat wave in September of this year . (There are some breathing issues in the home and heat is difficult ) From my initial contact with Penny , to the installers , all were professional , efficient , patient , thoughtful , organized , understanding and most pleasant . A call from one of the owners, John was very appreciated . Thank you Penny , Theresa (?) , Aiden , Jason , John , and the AC technicians (who were incredible but I cant remember their names and I apologize ). During these times when it is difficult to find excellent service, I highly recommend Buttons / Thank you so much

Ive been using Buttons Heating since 2006 for both my furnace and AC. They installed and do my annual service on them. I personally wouldnt trust anybody else working on my HVAC system. The one time I used a 3rd party outside electrician to install an ecobee thermostat, they messed up and I had to go back to Buttons to get it straightened out. Taught me a lesson to once again always use Buttons when it comes to my HVAC. They are efficient, always helpful and the staff, especially Katie are very polite and patient. I highly recommend them.

Edres came early to fix my furnace which is located in the depth of my crawlspace. He went in, got right to work and fixed the problem within an hour. He also replaced the dirty, old filter with a new one (that he had in his truck) which was great because I didn't have any, nor did I know what kind of filter I needed. He was friendly and efficient. Now my house is warm and cozy, and I know who I will call in the future, should my furnace act up again. Thanks so much!!

The Buttons Team was amazing! From sales to installers, they were all personable, organized, informative and the installation went perfectly. I would highly recommend as they are a full-service company with a great customer-care business model.

My father has been using Button Heating & Air Conditioning for decades now so I knew where to go when I bought my own house. They provide a very good customer experience from the admin staff to the technicians. Tech are kind a courteous when dealing with me, I would recommend choosing them and see for yourself

I purchased a new furnace and air conditioning unit from Buttons a few years ago. At the time I had come home from a vacation to find my air conditioner frozen. I called Buttons after hours and spoke with the owner who set up a meeting the next day. Professional from the sales team through to the technicians. Each year I get a quality warranty check up from one of the excellent technicians. I would recommend Buttons to friends and family.
