At this time of writing it has been a little over two weeks since Buttons replaced my twenty two year old Lennox A/C with a Trane XR13 and Ive been enjoying the solid 21 degrees of cool comfort since that time. The customer experience with the entire Buttons team from the start of the engagement (Teresa, Nigel and Brian), installation team (Scott-The Tactician, Devon-The Technician, Gareth-Quality Controller (always a good sign when theres someone there with a checklist and uses it) and Noah-The Personality) to the post installation follow up and check with Pat was exceptional. It was obvious that the Buttons installation team knew their business and upon arrival (at the appointed time) did not waste any time in executing the removal and installation work and from my casual observations really worked together as a team to get this job done especially given that I had other technicians for other services onsite that same day-everyone just worked around each other without fuss. As mentioned by other reviewers the work area was cleaned up like they werent there. I was also very impressed to learn that Buttons still maintained a service record for my furnace back in 2017 so when I called about the A/C they already had my contact and location information on file. In closing, Im sure one could probably get a cheaper service provider but as someone who values quality in products, workmanship and customer experience, Buttons is my go to for these services and have no hesitation in recommending this business. We had Katie from BUTTONS Heating and Air Conditioning come out on a callback and was a pleasure to deal with. Katie was super friendly and really knowledgeable. Katie took her time and found the issue and corrected it. We would highly recommend Katie. We will be asking for Katie to assist in a future maintenance and repairs we might have.

We hired Buttons to do our annual maintenance on a yearly basis for our furnace and air conditioner as they were the ones who installed them . I like the customer service and the friendly technicians who perform the work . I would recommend them for anyone looking for a dependable company.

Katie came out and did a full maintenance on our HVAC system. I had just moved into the house in April and wanted to be prepared for this winter. She spent 3 hours testing and cleaning all components then reviewed the air exchanger and humidifier systems with me. She was great and I would highly recommend this company.

The team that did the work were considerate of the house - kept things clean and tidied up afterwards. They explained everything, very helpful with their knowledge. Would use their services again.

Fast response on a weekend to fix a furnace leak. Very pleasant technician who also checked out the AC.

Button's removed and disposed of my old water heater and installed a really high quality John Wood commercial grade 50Gal heater to replace it. They did very clean work. Installers were friendly and professional. I also got 10 year parts and labour warranty from them for about $180 which is likely cheaper than one simple repair call. Much more cost effective than paying a company $50/month for a water heater. Thanks Button's!

Katie did a wonderful, thorough check up on our air conditioner & our gas furnace. She cleaned unit coils on the cooling system and reassured us that all was well with coolant levels. Even though it is the middle of August, we also had our aging gas furnace checked, cleaned and verified safe for our upcoming fall/winter season. It's a comfort to know we are set for winter with Button's professional technicians. Thanks, Katie, for also confirming we have carbon monoxide detectors in place.

Contacting Button's was a great choice! We received expert advice following an assessment of our property, current system and needs. We were presented with options for make and model and were made aware of areas that would be addressed during installation. The crew arrived on the appointed day 10 minutes early and this professionalism was evident in the quality of work and care taken to answer any questions we had. Had Button's install a new furnace and ac unit. The install team did a amazing job. After the install they explained everything to me. From start to finished I'm very impressed with Button's. Todd was very helpful in explaining the different types of furnaces and ac to me which made my decision a lot easier to make. Very impressed with the AC unit that they installed you can barely hear it running!
