    Furnace replacement

    Our older furnace was giving us troubles and we were in the middle of gathering quotes when it died on the coldest day of the year. We initially had a quote scheduled with Button's for the evening but asked them to come earlier than our scheduled time since we were worried about having no heat. Todd rescheduled our quote and came earlier to accommodate our request. Todd clearly knows his industry and products and was very professional. He didn't use any high pressure sales tactics or push additional products or service plans. He explained what changes they would need to make to install a newer unit and went over their various options and how each unit worked. Unlike some other quotes we got he was upfront about what they offered and didn't try to push one unit on us. He sized the unit appropriately for our home and they were able to install the furnace a day later. Todd also explained the energy audit program and took care of scheduling the appointment for us. Installation was clean and professional and everything looks great. Button's also offered a reasonable financing program that was quite competitive with no tricks. We will be contacting Button's again for our yearly service and any other heating and cooling needs.

    Assessment of existing furnace / New Furnace installation

    Our furnace died on the coldest day of the year. Button's Heating quickly coordinated a service technician to come and provide an assessment of our existing furnace in a very timely manner. I was impressed by how quickly they were able to come out, along with the service that was provided. They showed that they truly cared to help us in our "No heat" situation. Mario was very knowledgable about our existing 30+ year old furnace and suggested we'd need a new one based on the amount of repairs required. Button's was able to help us with installing a new furnace very quickly. The installation crew was very professional, helpful and neat. The new furnace is much more efficient than the old one; we're excited to have it. We're happy to continue working with Button's for the ongoing maintenance required to keep our furnace in top shape.

    New furnace, air conditioner and hot water tank.

    Todd was great at explaining our options and was not pushy like some sales people. The installers were great as well, very clean and did a great job with the install.

    Called to have furnace looked at and had someone there that evening

    Called to see if someone could come and have a look at our furnace which was making a weird noise. They were able to send out a technician that evening to look at it for us. The repair was simple, the furnace door needed weather stripping around to prevent the noise which was caused by air pressure when the furnace was shutting down. We were just charged for a service call, no extra charges for it being in the evening or anything like that. The technician was friendly and professional and was able to diagnose the problem quickly and was able to give us a run down of known problems with the particular model of furnace we have (which they had repaired already for the previous home owners) and answered all of our questions. I would recommend this company and when we go to get a new furnace we will be calling on them to do the work.

    New Furnace, AC, Humidifier, Air Filter/Cabinet and Thermostat

    So happy with our new the equipment! Todd is extremely knowledgeable and was helpful from beginning to end. Professional and courteous 3 man crew spent the full day (8am to 5pm) here November 30. Highly recommend Button's Heating!

    furnace tankless water heater and air conditioner

    I was very happy with my experience with Button Heating. The service was excellent. Tod spent allot of time explaining in detail all of my options as to what would be the best furnace and air conditioner for my home size. It took 1 1/2 days to install a furnace, air conditioner and tankless water heater. The technicians did a great job and everything was left neat and tidy. I am very happy with my new equipment.     Install Trane Furnace and A/C Plus Tankless Water heater

    Felt very comfortable dealing with Todd Button during our discussions on the choosing the proper equipment manufacturer and unit sizes for our home. He answered in detail all of my questions on the equipment that he recommended. Final pricing was extremely competitive with other contractor quotes. The crew under Mike's direction was professional, thorough and completed the work in the time frame quoted to me. They also answered all of my questions and spent time showing me the operation of each unit. Signed up for their annual maintenance program. Definitely would recommend this company to all.

    Furnace, A/C and Fireplace Installation

    We had a new furnace, A/C unit and gas fireplace installed recently by Button’s Heating & Air Conditioning and we could not be more thrilled with the experience. They are an amazing family operated company. Everything we heard and read about them was true. We had a good feeling from the very beginning when we first met Todd. Todd was extremely knowledgeable and educated us on the furnace and A/C system as a whole. Not once did we feel pressured to purchase more than what we needed. He guided us throughout our decision making process and helped us to make the best decision for our home. We learned a lot and really appreciate all the information he provided. He even arranged the initial energy audit on our behalf to ensure that we could meet the deadline and take advantage of additional rebates. Thank you Todd for recommending the most suitable system for our home! Todd recommended Mark meet with us to discuss our options for our new gas fireplace. Mark was friendly and courteous. He came to the house multiple times to discuss our options and take measurements. At no point did we feel pressure to purchase a particular unit and we are grateful for his expertise in helping us to choose the right fireplace for our space. There was a minor issue with the fireplace installation, however, Mark showed up with the necessary part and it was resolved very quickly. Thank you Mark for your guidance and help to turn our family room into a cozy and inviting space! And we cannot forget about the wonderful installation crews! The two teams of installers were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. You can tell they are passionate about what they do as they use care and perform their jobs efficiently. Both crews showed up on time, put down drop sheets to make sure they kept the space tidy, and completed the work within the estimated time frame. After the installation, they took time to explain the work done and patiently answered all of our questions. Thank you to the fireplace crew (Mike, Kyle, and Evan) and the furnace and A/C crew (Justin, Kyle, and … sorry don’t have confirmation of the third crew member’s name) for your excellent work. We highly recommend Button’s for any furnace, A/C, or fireplace needs you may have. Their quote was very competitive for the high quality service and equipment they provide. Our new furnace generates even heat and airflow throughout our home and is extremely quiet. Our new fireplace produces the perfect amount of heat for the space without being overpowering. At this point we have not had to use the A/C, but we are excited to have the new unit because our old one wasn’t working right for a couple years and we anticipate that we will be just as pleased with it. We definitely picked the right company for our business. We are happy to be a part of the Button’s family for many years to come!

    Dryer vent
