This review is long overdue. Back in March 2010 our furnace was Red Tagged because the exhaust vent on our furnace was too close to the gas supply line on the furnace, which by the way was approved by the same gas company that has now Red Tagged it 12 years later as a problem. I went to Homestars and found Buttons Heating. One call and they where out the next day and the problem was fixed. Shortly after we decided to replace the old furnace in June. We called Buttons once again for an estimate and we went ahead with the work . Todd/Jared/Jonathan where the installers that put in the new Trane furnace and water heater in. When I came home from work the day of the installation there where no signs that anybody had been there, except that there was a brand new trane furnace and water heater in the basement. The job site was cleaned, the old furnace and water heater where nowhere to be found. That furnace is now seven years old and the only company that gets to clean it, is Buttons Heating. From the receptionists that answer the phones, the technicians that clean and install furnaces, and sales people that come to your home, they are polite, courteous, and prompt.
