    Furnace maintenance and repair

    Excellent, friendly, professional service. Our serviceman, Brian, showed up on time for an annual furnace cleaning and discovered a faulty pump. He explained what was wrong and was able to replace the pump immediately. We have used Buttons in the past (they found a small hot water tank for us before the smaller sizes were easily available) and will continue to use them in the future. Recommended for replacement, repair and/or annual service--they do it all well!

    Disappointing Service

    Button's was recommended by a family member so i thought i'd have a good experience but all i had was my time wasted. Todd came for a quote and that's about all I got except for a bunch of excuses as to why he didn't come as discussed. He's ignored any other communication since then. Pretty poor customer service for a company that that prides itself on service

Again, I am baffled at this as returning calls to customers and providing superior customer service is their livelihood. This is not condoned and is certainly out of character for our staff.     Daikin Furnace & AC

    ★★★★★ Great service from Sales (Todd), Installation and cleanup (Justin, Allan & RIch), of our new Daikin Furnace & AC. Next day replacements (Brian) of RedLINK Internet Gateway connector which did not appear to be connecting properly, and furnace fan (due to noise). Buttons submitted the paperwork for HVAC rebates too. Great job, Button's Team!

    Tankless Water Heater

    We recently decided to replace our rental water heater with a tankless one. Todd came over the weekend to give us an estimate for the tankless water heater installation. He even answered our questions over the phone on Sunday. He is a very professional and honest guy. The installation team was very professional as well. Mike, Mike and Marcus completed our installation in a very timely manner. The installation turned out to be a little trickier than originally thought. The guys were very knowledgable and could find a great solution on the spot. Overall, their work always followed the code, and they left the job site very clean. I highly recommend Button's Heating to everyone.

    New Furnace/Water Heater

    This review is long overdue. Back in March 2010 our furnace was Red Tagged because the exhaust vent on our furnace was too close to the gas supply line on the furnace, which by the way was approved by the same gas company that has now Red Tagged it 12 years later as a problem. I went to Homestars and found Buttons Heating. One call and they where out the next day and the problem was fixed. Shortly after we decided to replace the old furnace in June. We called Buttons once again for an estimate and we went ahead with the work . Todd/Jared/Jonathan where the installers that put in the new Trane furnace and water heater in. When I came home from work the day of the installation there where no signs that anybody had been there, except that there was a brand new trane furnace and water heater in the basement. The job site was cleaned, the old furnace and water heater where nowhere to be found. That furnace is now seven years old and the only company that gets to clean it, is Buttons Heating. From the receptionists that answer the phones, the technicians that clean and install furnaces, and sales people that come to your home, they are polite, courteous, and prompt. Thanks Dave

    Gas Leak Repair

    Our gas was turned off during an ice storm due to a gas leak. Not the best time for that to happen. As it was a large job and it happened later in the day I requested a technician come the following morning. Todd Button very kindly offered space heaters for the night if I needed them. The next morning Mario the technician came earlier than expected which was great as the house was quite frigid. Mario was great and very kind, he explained where the leak was and how he was going to have to repair it. He told me the cost up front so I was not caught off guard and finished the large job in less than 2 hours. The price was much more reasonable than I had anticipated. Todd called me back that day to make sure everything turned out well and to ensure I was happy with the service. Would definitely recommend Button's to anyone and will be contacting them in the future if I ever need help again.

    Painless

    Our furnace stopped working at 2pm, called at 5pm, Richard was there by 7pm and the furnace and hot water tank were installed by 4pm the next day. The 3 installers were very courteous and tidy. Looking forward to many years of trouble free heating. Thanks Buttons!

    New Furnance install

    Easy process to make appointment for quote, showed up on time for no pressure quote. After comparing, price was very fair and equipment suggested had positive reviews online. Installation just days later was top notch, we are very pleased with our new furnace installation and look forward to working with Buttons in the future.

    New Furnace

    After a regular maintenance visit found a cracked heat exchanger on my existing 18-year old furnace, it was red-tagged and shut down. Not a pleasant scenario for a cold December! After a couple of other quotes, my parents referred me to Buttons. Nigel was quick to give an estimate and even put me in touch with their installer John to walk me through what equipment best suits my needs. Within a day of giving the go-ahead, I had a new Trane furnace professionally installed by Mike & Mark. Overall, good products and great service. I intend to call you again when the time comes for my air conditioner.

    New Furnace and Air Conditioner

    I was faced with putting a new oil tank on a 60 year old furnace so I decided to go with propane as a back-up to our outdoor wood furnace. Mark came out a couple of times to take measurements to redesign the duct work to accommodate the already existing rad from the outdoor wood furnace and an old 30-35 year old air conditioner which needed to be replaced. Justin, Alan, Mark and the rest of the installation crew had the old furnace and air conditioner out and the new ones installed in just 2 days. All the adaptations to the duct work fit and work perfectly. Excellent craftsmanship! They were all a pleasure to work with and the financing we were able to obtain through "Financieit" made the transition affordable. A very professional group. I would have no hesitation recommending Button's to anyone considering HVAC upgrades. All the best for 2017 folks!
