Had a water heater leak on a 38 year old unit (not a surprise), Not wanting to continue the rental game, I call Button's Heating. I hear their ads on the radio all the time. They were very busy but said they would call me back in 5 minute. In my head I am saying "Yeah, like that is going to happen". Sure enough a received a call in 5 minutes and was told that since all the regular service guys were very busy, they would send the sales rep out instead to make sure I was taken care of right away. Todd Button, the sales rep, is also a licensed pipe fitter and he took care of our problem and replaced the tank. We then decided to replace our 50 year old furnace that was sure to die at any time. Todd went through all of our options, potential savings, financing and warranties. We signed the deal and a week later the furnace arrived. I might add that two days prior to install we recieved a very friendly reminder call about the Monday install. Monday morning Justin, Alan and Richard arrived and started to work. Very clean, organized and extremely professional. Justin was and artist with the duct work and also has all his fingers, which is a testament to his care and experience (sheet metal workers suffer many severe cuts from their work). Alan took care of the AC unit. He obviously has done this many times and he was super quick. It was a great crew. Later that evening we had a follow-up visit from Todd to make sure that everything was OK and we were happy, nice touch!
I would not only endorse Button's Heating I would encourage you to have them come to your house. I feel totally confident that we received a fair deal on our purchase, but we got more than our monies worth on the service.
