Steve provided us with fast and courteous service. This past summer was not only extremely hot but I was also in my third trimester of pregnancy so I really wanted AC and fast. Button delivered! Steve was informative but not pushy. We had a Trane AC installed.

This was the second time I called Buttons Heating Inc. for their services. Two years ago, they replaced my furnace, air filter and air-conditioning unit and it was professionally done. Last weekend my water heater tank leaked and stop working. We met George (from Buttons) and told us to call their consultant Steve. He came and checked the unit and told us that it needs to be replaced. He discussed and explained the unit we need. We settled the paperworks and he arranged the work schedule right away. Todd, Mike H and Mike N showed up on time. They are very friendly, lay out some rugs to protect the floor and the work was professionally done.They checked my humidifier too(free of charge). And they are happy to answer all our questions. After they left, we checked the place, they wiped off the water on the floor and it was so clean. We are so happy. Thank you again guys, for the excellent job. We will highly recommend Buttons Heating Inc. to our friends and relatives.

When our furnace died, Button was there to help. The staff (Todd, Ryan & Russ) were on time, neat, informative and friendly. The price was right. The service was great.

Professional services were rendered by Button's - Comfort Consultant (Joe) and Installation Team (John, Todd, and Mike H). Overall, tidy and efficient installation was carried out in a friendly manner. All questions were answered succinctly. When I need to replace my AC in future, I would certainly consider Button's again. I am happy to recommend this company to my friends and relatives.

After getting recommended to Buttons by some friends, we were extremely happy with the professional work of both John and Todd. They were detailed, professional and clean! John really knew his technical specs about the different pieces of hardware, and was always ready to explain things. When I had questions, they were happy to answer them. They even corrected a couple of issues that the previous maintenance company didn't fix (fan wasn't running at full capacity on furnace/AC). They charged exactly what they quoted, and didn't upsell on anything. Not only would I recommend Buttons, I will use them for my next service call. Thanks John & Todd!!

We've been dealing with Button's for many, many years. They serviced our old furnace and installed our new one a few years ago. They call us when it's time to service the unit - this is really appreciated! Two days ago, we had our air filter replaced. Todd, John, and Ryan arrived on time, worked quickly, quietly, and efficiently, and they explained in detail how the unit would work, and what we would have to do to maintain it. They also inspected the humidifier filter and told me I could go another year before replacing it, and upgraded some of the components for the humidifier, without extra charge. These guys definitely go the extra mile. Thanks, guys! I already appreciate the air filter, installed two days ago. It is quiet, and I can already tell that it's working well. I really appreciate that IT will tell ME when it needs cleaning rather than me having to remember!

We found Button’s through Home Depot to get quotes on replacing our mid efficiency furnace. We also get quotes from other retailers. Steve from Button’s came on time to show us the options. It was straight, short and well explained. After comparing the different quotes for each retailer, Button’s came a bit high BUT with outstanding reviews from the Home Stars site. Hence, we pursued on their offer. Todd, John and Ryan arrived early for the installation. The process was handled professionally from laying down the carpet, installation (XV95 furnace, XR15 air condition, changing the old liner, TRANE humidifier & TRANE clean effect filter) and cleaning up the area. Once completed, Todd went through all the compartments installed and explain the HOW TO clean the humidifier and filters. The team was friendly, knowledgeable and expert. They answered all my questions and concerns. Upon writing this review would be our 1st month on using the system that is very quiet and energy efficient. I am very happy and would recommend to our friends and family about their services. :)

I was without heat for almost 2 weeks when my uncle recommended Buttons heating and I had about 4 quotes before I called them. I met Joe Button and he is such a gentle and caring man, the moment he realized I was without heat he offered to lend me right away a portable heater. And he was the only one who offered me that and I felt he genuinely cares for his customers. Joe's quote was more than my other quotes but I liked his honesty and after reading reviews from homestars, I figured they must be doing an excellent job to get that high rating, so I decided to signed with Joe and I'm so thankful I did. I think they deserve more than 10 stars and the service they give is priceless. Then Todd, Johnathon, Mike and Mike came on time and installed my furnace, a/c and rental hot water tank and they were so professional, friendly, all good looking and very competent. They will take the time to talk to you if you have any questions or concerns. The quality of their work was exceptional, they will treat your home as if it was theirs and the best part was they cleaned up too. Those fabulous 4 deserve a raise from Buttons too. I even had a follow up call from Todd the next day to find out if I have any other concerns or questions. They do give excellent service and if you have any heating or cooling needs, I highly recommend them. I am one satisfied customer and wish Button's Heating more success in the future.

I was happy with the work & service of both my central air conditioning installation & then a year later the cleaning & inspection. The Salesman, "Rick" went above & beyond by picking up a filter for me, after I paid for it through the office, over the phone. Rick lives in Oshawa so allowed me to pick it up from him instead of me having to drive all the way to Markham to pick it up. That was fantastic service, which I really appreciated.

Back in 2006 in our hold home, my family and I were looking to replace the old AC unit in that house with a newer AC unit. We had heard about Button's Heating through our local Home Depot and had inquired. We called Button Heating, left a voice mail and immediately we were contacted by one of their representatives. The representative came to our home and inspected everything in the house to make sure what kind of AC unit we are looking for and which one would work best. The representative recommended a Trane model which was best in its class. What attracted us to the purchase was a) the brand/reputation of Trane, b) the price and c) the customer service we had experienced from Button's Heating. The rep had then scheduled a fixed day and time to have their technicians come and install their Air Conditioner unit. They arrived on the specific day on time and did a thorough, clean and efficient job of taking out the old AC unit and replacing it with the Trane unit. After two months time, we also had to call them once to inquire about a technical question, and immediately they sent out a technician on the same day to inspect. The technician double checked thoroughly to ensure nothing has happened. Will definitely recommend this Heating Company to others.
