This is the second time I've used Buttons - the first time, being a new Trane furnace. John, Todd and Ryan installed my new hot water tank and were efficient, neat and early too. Very pleased with their workmanship and care to my home.

The job of installing a new furnace and A/C unit was done very quickly and neatly and answered all of my questions. The people that did the job were John, Mike and Todd and were very good at the job.

The installers did a great job and the salesman Rick was very thorough in his presentation. They worked with my husband to move everything into the corner so he could have more space in his work room. They were courteous, neat and efficient. They explained everything when they were done and answered all our questions. They offered a great 10 year warranty on parts/labour. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone!

I contacted Button's Heating as my hot water would continually shut down and water would stop flowing. I set up an appointment to have one of their technicians come out and have a look. They showed up on time a were very polite and courteous. After a short period of time they assessed the problem as just a clogged filter and did a thorough cleaning of the system. They were very honest about the issue and only charged for the cleaning. There was certainly the potential for another company to have called it something different and charged much more. I was extremely happy with their service and I would recommend them to anyone.

We found Button's Heating through our local Home Depot store Pete was the first introduction to the company he worked with us to fit our needs to our budget and provided not only a comprehensively detailed plan of what was needed (and not needed) as well as an on-the-spot quote. We needed a new Furnace & A/C Todd, John, Mike & Jonathan arrived to install Highlights: Clean, polite, on time, detailed, quality workmanship, informative, no pushy sales It's worth the call to Button's!!! We contacted Button’s to service our natural gas furnace and fireplace and to hook-up our new natural gas stove when we moved into our home earlier this year. The quoted price wasn’t the lowest but was quite good. The technician arrived on time, was very friendly, and even gave me some tips about maintenance I could easily do myself in future. The stove installation was somewhat complicated and required a longer hose than supplied with the stove, but the technician had the required part in his truck and provided it free of charge. All work areas were left perfectly clean. As we were very happy with our previous experience with Button’s, I contacted them again in the spring to run a natural gas line for our new BBQ. Unfortunately, it turned out that we didn’t have sufficient capacity to legally support all of our existing natural gas appliances and a BBQ. I imagine that some companies would ignore the building code and do the work as cheaply as possible, but Button’s is not one of those companies. Although it meant that the work would be significantly more expensive, I was very happy that Button’s insisted on running a new gas line for my own safety. Again the installation went very smoothly. The technicians even carried my BBQ to the backyard and set it up for me – above and beyond what I hired them to do. I won’t hesitate to contact Button’s the next time I need any work done on my natural gas systems.

Todd and his crew of John and Mike were punctual, friendly and courteous. They completed the job in a timely manner, answered all our questions and left the place clean and neat. Upon completion we were given a walk through to make sure that we understood how everything works. We are very satisfied with the service we have recieved.

I have had quite a few renovations done over the last year and just learned of Homestars website. My wife and I decided it was time for a new furnace. I had 4 other quotes from other heating & Air Conditioning Company’s but was really impressed with Rick Lawson Button’s Energy Management Consultant. He took the time and really explained what was needed and how the install would go. Todd, John and Mike H were the installers. They were very professional, knowledgeable and extremely customer focused, really easy to talk to and explained what was done. I really was impressed! I had to get their names and post this on Homestars. If you need a furnace installed call Button’s I am so glad we did! By far the best service I have received! I will be recommending this company to all of my friends and family!

Pete, the sales rep, was very straightforward and gave me the best solution for my needs, and didn't just try to sell me the most expensive model of furnace. Todd and his installation crew were on time, friendly, and very professional. I am completely satisfied with the service from Button's, and I've already recommended them to several friends.

We came across Buttons Heating and Air Conditioning through our local Home Depot, and decided to investigate buying a new furnace through them. Their consultant, Peter, came out to the house, and provided not only a comprehensively detailed plan of what was needed (and not needed) as well as an on-the-spot quote. The installation went exactly to plan, and was very well done, within 6 hours. The installers were polite, and efficient. We were impressed by the fact that the owner's home number is listed as part of the emergency information on the furnace. That is quality and standing behind your product. We would recommend Buttons Heating and Air Conditioning Inc.
