Arhsad and his team really know how to get a job well done...he was very punctuate...didnt create a lot of mess...n did a great job on the installation of my new furnace... he gave me a good price and assured me that i wont be finding a better deal else where...n he was soo right about that... i would definately recommend his services to all the friends and family

Me and my wife are very pleased with the installation of our new furnace., As we called 3 different companies to get the quote cosmopolitan comes up with a fair quote. After installation we received all the papers of rebates & warranties etc. I must say " they have delivered what they promised "., I definetly recommend them to. all family, friends.

This past weekend my furnace stopped working. After reading the reviews on HomeStars, I decided to call Cosmopolitan. I called early in the morning, and a technician arrived at my house in the afternoon. He arrived on-time, within the 2 hour window they provided. The technician was friendly, and he quickly diagnosed the problem, but did not have the part required to fix it. He returned the next day, again on-time. He installed the part in about 30minutes and the furnace is back to normal. However, my only concern is the price. This is my first home, so I am unfamiliar with the typical costs associated with furnace repair. The diagnosis visit was $90, and the parts + labour for the repair was $550 (+ GST). A quick google search shows that the part he installed runs anywhere between $130-$180. So there seems to be a hefty price for 30 minutes of labour. Still, you get what you pay for - the furnace is working, and they provided quick and friendly service.

Hello, I still could remember that friday night when our furnace broke down, I had to call my original contractor to get it fixed but all my phone calls and messages went in vain. It was late at midnight and I had to call up someone to get it fixed; thanks to technology which helped me search some of the HVAC companies / service providers and it was right there Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services, whose services were 24/7 the call center agents were up and actively working around the problems all over the GTA. Guess what, my earlier contractor used to say that they had this 24/7 service but I couldn't get it and I had this fear that the same may not be repeated with cosmopolitan mechanical services; and when I called the cosmopolitan mechanical help desk I was deligthed as it took all my fear and second thoughts away and got me right away a customer representative to speak with; to report my incident but also that they were up to their commitment (24/7 Help desk). They book my appointment there, and it was miraculously happening; after I had the appointment done; one of their Technician called after 30 mins trying to figure out what actually happened and walk me through the entire scenario well; and showed up the very next day at 8:30 am. What's important here I would like to say that; although it was serviced the other day by cosmopolitan mechanical services; but there commitment and dedication and timely support that they are there with their customer help kept us warm; and me and my family were able to cope up easily with that cold night. I recommended to many of my family and friends. And these guys still follow up to know if things are fine with us which marks for their customer care. I would highly recommend everyone across GTA to atleast call them up and see what they do and what more they are capable of doing, as at the end there won't be any regrets for sure. Awesome

We were very happy with Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services from the start. They returned calls quickly, showed up on time for our initial meeting and quoted a fair price. Arshad is a true expert and was very patient in describing how things should work and answering our many questions. We learnt a lot about heating during this project! Arshad and his team did a great job, doing everything they promised to do and were friendly, neat, and professional. I absolutely recommend Cosmopolitan to YOU, my friends, neighbors, and clients knowing 100% that they will not disappoint!

After getting several quotes for our new furnace and A/C from different companies, we decided to sign the contract with cosmpolitan mechanical with the installation being done following day. Everything was delivered to us as promised with no surprises. All the paper work was completed by the company and delivered to us while the installation was going on. Installers were very professional, punctual and explained us all the necessary procedures required to operate and maintain the system. From pre-inspection to installation and rebate submission, cosmopolitan team was excellent. I would highly recommend contacting Cosmopolitan for any one who is interested in installing new heating and air conditioning system.

Okay - so I was skeptical about the high ratings that these guys have and I figured they must have had a bunch of relatives rating them or something. I had my furnace inspected and cleaned last Friday morning and it was red tagged it - there was a crack in the heat exchanger. It's now getting to be the middle of November and I had no heat for the weekend. I got a quote on the spot from the guy that tagged it, and I got 3 more quotes - including Cosmopolitan. Cosmo were just over $1000 less than the next lowest estimate I got, and they said they could do the job on Monday! Sure enough the energy auditor was there at 7:45 and the installers arrived a half hour later. They were done by 3:00pm and everything is great. High efficiency Lennox furnace and AC, 16 MERV air cleaner, humidifier and condensate pump. I couldn't have been happier. Greg Mississauga, ON

Arshad and his team were great. He met us at Home Depot and transported our new hot water heater home and set it up quickly. When we called him to come back to help move some plumbing, he came over within a day and was able to do the work that day. I feel very comfortable calling him for any problem we have.

We had our furnace and air conditioner replaced in June 2008 by Cosmopolitan. Prior to deciding, Arshad spent a great deal of time ensuring that what we were purchasing would meet our needs. I am very particular and at no point did I have any concerns about the quality of the work done. Arshad and his assistant arrived on time, completed the work professionally and have answered all of my questions. Without a doubt I would recommend Cosmopolitan to my family and friends. I have been extremely happy with our contact after service as well. Everything is working perfectly but I did have questions along the way that were always answered in a timely manner. This is a company that cares about getting you as a customer, but more importantly, keeping you as a customer. If I have the need for any AC or furnace work in the future, Arshad has my business. Cosmopolitan goes above and beyond to satisfy its customers.

Had our Furnace, A/C and Water Heater replaced by Cosmopolitan back in April /09. Sales Ejaz was our sales rep and provided a fair quote for a Rheem furnace, Lennox A/C and Rinnai water heater. I decided to go with Cosmopolitan based on the reviews here. Whats important to me is that Ejaz treated me the same before he got my business and well after the installation, following up with me very quickly and assisting me in obtaining my rebates. Overall excellent customer service. Installation Arshad completed my installation within 2 days and I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the installation. Ductwork, wire routing and placement were completed very professionaly. I could not find any faults with the exception that a couple joints of the duct work could have used some foil tape, but that was very minor. Arshad clearly explained how to operate and maintain each unit when he was completed. Overall I am very pleased with dealing with Cosmopolitan and highly recommend them.
