Last Sunday my 10 years old furnace was giving problem and I could not get a hold of the company who installed it since they were not in business any more. I called Cosmopolitan and talked to Arshad. After listening to the symptoms I described to him over the phone, he asked me to check up on a few things. After following his instructions my furnace was working. He solved my problem over the phone and saved me hundreds of dollars. I really appreciate your honesty and will be calling you guys very soon as I am interested in installing a Tankless Water Heater in my house. I recommend Cosmopolitan Mechanical to any one with 100% confidence.

I called few companies for tankless water heater installation. After gettin few quotes I selected cosmopolitan for the job. they came to my home on time and finished the job on time. After that they cleaned up the work area. they explained me how the water heater would work and how to maintain it. They answered all my questions. I am very satisfied with the work they did. I will recommed this exceptionaly best company for HVAC instalation work.

A few days ago, our furnace stopped working and we called Direct Energy. They put a red tag on it and send their sale representative who gave us a quote for a new furnace. After looking at homestars.com we decided to give a call to Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services and found their prices to be better. Also their representative was very patient and he took his time to thoroughly explain the procedures. We decided to give cosmopolitan a chance and now very happy that we did that. We ended up purchasing Furnace, A/C and tankless water heater. Greg and Utvan were very efficient and knowledgeable at their job. During the installation we were visited by the Sale Rep and company's Installation supervisor. We are very happy with the professional practices of cosmopolitan mechanical. My wife and I had been thinking of replacing our 22 year old furnace for a while and this year after consolidating our budget we finally decided to give a call to few companies to get a quote. Called Cosmopolitan Mechanical and Barrie was at our house in the evening. He was very patient in explaining our financing options and took his time to do proper measurements to determine the exact size of furnace and AC required for our house. We were very pleased with his presentation and decided to go for the installation, without even calling any other company for a second opinion. Installers were at our house next morning and finished the installation by evening time without taking any breaks in between. They kept the house neat and clean and at the end they explained us everything on how to operate the equipment. In addition, while the installation was about to finish, company representative Arshad visited to inspect the installation thoroughly. We received all the paper work for rebate same time. We are 100% satisfied with cosmopolitan mechanical services.

Last Friday, our furnace stopped working and we were without any heat in the house. Our neighbour gave us the contact info for COSMO and after calling them, a service technician arrived w/i the 2 hour window provided to us. He diagnosed and ordered the part and we had our heat back in no time. We really appreciated their great customer service and the fact that they were very punctual and quick to solve the problem. We would highly recommend Cosmpolitan to anyone who needs their heating equipment serviced.

I am very pleased with the service of cosmopolitan mechanical. my regular service provider was not responding my call as serious as it should be., booked appoinment for 2 o clock and showed up after 5. charged me for the diagnostic and tell me will come back tomorrow morning with the part called ignitor. Next morning nobody showed up till 10, when i called lady told me tech will be there in the afternoon, I got upset with this reply and told the lady I dont want to do any kind of business with you, then find Cosmopolitan on the web, called them tech showed up in an hour and a half, fix the problem in no tome , explain me the operation and safeties to look at. Now my house is nice and cozy again. Thank Cosmopolitan.

From an initial meeting with the President of the company to the clean up crew, Cosmopolitan personnel were exceptional in the manner that business was conducted. The removal and installation was carried out as promised; an early morning arrival of the team meant completion of the job by the afternoon. The work went smoothly with a minimum of fuss and interruption. When a problem did arise, one call and an engineer was on site immediately. I now enjoy a furnace that is "whisper" quiet. Our usual furnace service provider, Sears, was very slow to respond to our calls -- leaving us without heat for two days. After calling Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services, not only was a representation there within a couple of hours, our new furnace was installed the very next day. The technicians showed up first thing in the morning, as promised, not the usual "we'll be there between 8 and 3pm" sort of thing. They gave us a fair price on the furnace/installation and coordinated with the auditor for our Eco tax rebates. Excellent company!
