The guy that came for the service was a nice guy, and installed everything great. I was satisfied and had no regrets from having the product installed at my home

Installation was on time and work was completed quickly in a professional manner.This included removing the old unit,installing the new High Efficiency Lennox unit and altering the intake and exhaust at my request.

The installers were very well versed in the know how and came back immediately when called to check something later on. They gave answered all kinds of questions we asked.

I did my furnace and aircon installation from Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services and was really pleased with the prompt and efficient service. The sales person Ejaj was really knowledgable and the service person was very efficient. they did exactly like they promised and installed the unit on a frigid winter day which I though was really amazing considering the work outside in bonechilling weather. I had an extremely satisfying experience. I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for heating and cooling service.

Barry provided me a quote of what the cost would be if I did the work before January 1, 2010 and if I did it in July, 2010. Showed me how much I would save with all the rebates and did an amazing job with follow up etc.. and was able to have the work scheduled within a week of signing the contract. The Service technicians showed up at their scheduled time and completed the job within the day as promised. I couldn't ask for more than what they did.

We are please with the work, installation done neat and clean, installers finish there work in a timely manner, explain us how the system works and how to operate and clean on a regular basis. Great customer services people and workers.

My furnace stopped working on the christmas eve. It was very difficult to get in touch with any other company, but we got lucky with Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services. we got a quick response and a technician was at our house with in no time. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in 1 hours and also provided us with warranty for the work he did. Thank you for your quick and efficient services. I recommend this company to everyone.

My furnace broke down late during a weekend and it was very cold outside. I called the company which had installed my furnace and ask them if they could fix it asap but I was told that they would not be able to get somebody until monday. I googled and came across cosmopolitan mechanical services and read some good things about their prompt service. I called their number and was quickly connect to their technician Arshad who responded immediately and was at our door step in less than an hour. He checked the furnace and told us that a part needs to be changed and will have to be ordered on Monday. We thought that he is going to deal with us the same way as most of the technician would without compassion. But Arshad assured us that he will not leave till he get the heat on. He told us that he would temporarily fix the issue with a used part and come back again first thing on Monday with the new part and fix the furnace. Arshad did an amazing job and temporary fixed the furnace so that that my family could survive the cold night and day. Early Monday morning Arshad was at our door steps with the part as promised and fixed the furnace and so far the furnace has been running without problems. When it came to pricing I was amazed he did not charge us for the temporary fix he had done saying it was his job to make his clients comfortable and that his company believes in providing top class service at the most affordable prices. From the call i made to the furnace getting fixed we found Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services to be an excellent company with excellent people. I would without a doubt recommend their services for all your heating and cooling needs.

We had been thinking about replacing our old Furnace and AC for a while to take advantage of all the rebates. After getting quotes from several companies, we chose Cosmopolitan Mechanical to install our new Furnace, AC and Tankless water heater. From the visit of their "Home Comfort Advisor" to Completion of the Installation, everything was very professional and on time. Installers where at our house very next morning on their promised time. They finished everything by the evening and explained us all about the equipment and how to maintain it. We also received our rebate package on the same day. Very happy with their services.
