We moved to a new house and several quotations for AC and humidifier.Cosmopolitan quoted a good price. We gave them the contract. They were very professional, punctual and did a great job. They left no mess around. We called them for service one year after installation and they did it professionaly again. I have recommended them to my friends and relatives.

Last month we decided to replace our furnance and water heater because we heard from our family friends about this company. Mario installed in our house and he has done a great job since the installment of furnance and water heater. Based on Cosmopolitan performance, I would recommend other poeple to contact this company regarding furnance, water heater, a/c, and etc.

Cosmopolitan have been taking care of our 25 years old furnace and ac for last 7 years. Finally this years I have dicided to upgrade my air conditioning system. So I Called cosmopolitan for the installation of a new AC. These guys are so honest and relibale that they took a lot of time to educate me about many different brands of AC. They also educated me about the price differenc between various brands. They did not push me a particular brand of AC. After looking at many different choices We made our decision to install Lennox Ac. Cosmopolitan team leading with Peter came to our home next day. They covered all our expensive hardwood flooring with a floor mates to aviid any damage. Before installing the ac They walked through the entire installation procedure. We were very amaze and surprise by the explanation. Preter and its installation team took around five hours to finish the installation. After the installation they showed us about operation of new Ac. Furthermore, they gave us all the manuals for the AC. Befor leaving our house they cleaned up the entire work area and provided me with customer satisfaction form to mail in. Two days later we got all our rebate paper from the cosmopolitan office. Infact, they have done an excellent job for my rebate paper work. At the end I would say these guys are good and reliable. I have been dealing with them for last seven years. I never had any problem with them. They know there job. And they also know how to deliver it perfectlay. Finally I would recommand Cosmopolitan, An excellent HVAC company to everone. Our appliances or heating and cooling were old and we asked from different people about any company which could give us prompt service, because we are service conscious people. We decided this year to change our old furnace,AC and water heater. We searched the internet and found Cosmopolitan. Their sales person Mr. Berry came to my house and gave a presentation. I have found the company very good. People are humble and service is prompt. They are always available when called for information or complaint or anything to ask 27/7. I would honestly recommend them for others. I am impressed the way Berry the sales guy briefed me about the appliances, financing options and rebate and about their services.

Last week my 20 years old furnace gave up. I needed the furnace so I called few companies for the quote. One of the companies were cosmopolitan. They gave me the appointment on the same day. The sales advisor came to my door on time. After the initial inspection the advisor gave me the quote on a new furnace. After reviewing various quotes. I selected cosmopolitan for the job. They gave us the next day installation date. next day the installation crew come to me door step on time and started the job. Before starting the job Greg, the Installer, explained me regarding the installation procedure. I was amazed by there professionalisam. They took there time to install the equipment. After the installation, Greg explained me about the function of new furnace. they also showed me how to program my new thermostat. They provided me the all paper work and manual for the furnace. Before leaving my house they cleaned up all the work area which was great. I had a very positive experience with cosmopolitan and I would recommend this company to every one. At the end I would say Cosmopolitan gave the quote to me on time, did the installation on time, and provided the great service on time. Thanks for an excellent service

Last year in December, our 20 year old furnace was red tagged by Enbridge gas due to gas code defect. I was very upset and concerned about the safety of my family. I called many companies to get a quote; however, all of them had a diagnostic charge upfront. After browsing through the internet, I cam across Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services and read their reviews on Home Stars. I called them and explained my situation to their service department. The supervisor told me that he can give an estimate over the phone, provided that I read him the information on the red tag. He told me that the repair would be approximately 1000 but to be exact, he will have to visit my house. After our conversation over the phone, the technicians were at hours within 2 hours. They told me the exact price for repairs. But they advised that the furnace is very old and every year some authorized contractor will have to come back for maintain ace. They advised me to replace the unit with the power vent and also government rebates will help with the cost. I decided to install my new Lennox furnace from Cosmopolitan Mechanical. I must say that I had an excellent experience through-out the process. All the members of Cosmopolitan Mechanical involved in the process were polite and professional. I had the installation completed by the afternoon and proofs of rebate submission as well. I chose the 12 months no internet no payment plan. I got my rebate money and paid of a good portion of my cost with it. I would recommend cosmopolitan mechanical services to every one for their furnace and ac repairs and installations. The advisor Hasan [last name removed --Ed] made my purchase of a new furnace, central air conditioning system and humidifier exactly as he promised, same day instalation, all old equipment was removed, installers answered all questions I asked, I have had my new equipment now for 2 mths without any problems and my re-bates have started to come in as promised, without a doubt I would recommend Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services and their adviser Hasan to everyone who is in the need of mechanical advice and service.

I started searching for HVAC vendors in Oct'09. I went to the fall home show and met quite a few but was not entirely satisfied. I contacted Cosmopolitan after reading reviews on the homestars website. The salesperson, Peter, was prompt to contact me back and went through all the details one by one. He was in constant touch and resolved all of my queries. Eventually I went with Cosmopolitan and I was not disappointed. My system was replaced in Dec'09. Greg the installer was very knowledgeable and didn't take much time to replace my furnace, AC, water heater and humidifier. They left the place clean. The next day Peter brought all the paper work for the OPA grant. I just had to sign it and mail it. Yesterday I received the cheque from OPA. All systems are working fine to date. Great folks. You get what you are promised. Would highly recommend.

I am very satisfied with the equiptment and services they have provided to my house in a short piriod of time in winter when our old system were down and they have installed new EnergyStar and we are saving Energy bill too.

Firstly the salesperson Ejaj [last name removed-- Ed] was very knowledgable, very eager to help and very flexible in his approach. The service technician Arshad [last name removed-- Ed] was well prepared, came on time and completed the task on a really cold blistery day, I would not want to be out there in that weather but they completed the job with perfection. I would recommend the cosmopolitan team to anyone who is looking for Furnace or Airconditioners.
