I have just recently had a system installed by Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services. I can't say enough good things about the people that I came in contact with. The salesperson,ejaz was excellent. Everything that he told he did, without hesitation. He followed up after the job, truly a professional if I have ever seen one. The installers were just great. They did their job with pride and were very particular about everything they did, and their attitudes were wonderful. Cosmopolitan’s service department was very quick in responding to my concern. It is because a few days later after the installation, my thermostat was giving me trouble so i called cosmopolitan’s services department. Approximately 5 minutes later, the service manager called us back & said that he will be there soon. About 45 minutes later he arrived and fixed my problem. I was very pleased when I got a follow up call from the service manager a few days later. These days it is so unusual to find a company that is so customer minded. Most companies want you to think they are doing you a favor, but not Cosmopolitan Mechanical. In past, I had many bad experiences with many so called HVAC contractors but with Cosmopolitan it was a good one. In short, I would tell you guys if you want best service for heating & cooling then you should call Cosmopolitan. A great company to deal with. Thank you!

My Furnace was down in winter time.So i went on internet and found cosmopoitan.I call them 5 pm.I was surprised that they gave me appointment on the same day.The tehcnician showed up on my door step at 8.30pm very quick response. After looking at the furnace the tehnician rectified the problem within 20 minutes .He told me that my furnace just needs service and he serviced the furnace right away and my furnace start working. Technician did not try to sell me anything ,he just fixed the problem and gave me the advice regarding maintaining the furnace. Cosmopolitan proved us that they know what they are doing and are good in their field I would recommend this honest company to all my friends and relatives Faisal

This year we decided to change our AC unit so we called few contractors. Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services sales person Paul came to our house for estimate. He was very professional and knowledgeable so we gave the job to Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services. After agreeing to go ahead with the job the work was scheduled for the very next day. The crew, leading with Peter, showed up on time and spent the better part of the day working. Installation was completed on the same day. The work place was left very clean. The next day we received a call from Paul asking about the job. We were very glad with this follow up call. I was very happy with the installation process. I would certainly recommend Cosmopolitan Mechanical services to neighbours and friends for fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service.

About 6 years ago,cosmopolitan mechanical services installed a new furnace at my place.At that time they did a great job so i called them again to install a tank less water heater. The salesperson,ronald came to our house to give us a quote.He was very knowledgeable & spent time explaining everything to me.After having had 5 another quotes,i felt he was the man who knew what he was doing.I was told many different things by the other people who did the other estimates & only ronald seemed to have the right information.The price he gave us was very reasonable so i decided to go with cosmopolitan. Right next day,ronald arranged an Eco energy inspector.One day after the inspection,the installation team led by fred arrived at my doorstep.They came on the exact time that they had given & started the job.Fred answered all my questions regarding the installation very nicely.I was amazed the way they explained the installation process.They treated us with respect & patience through the entire process. They finished the job on time & they cleaned up the work area.Before leaving,they gave the customer's satisfaction survey form to be filled out later. I received the rebate forms within couple of days after the installation from cosmopolitan. I was very pleased with their installation services & would highly recommend them to other people.Do yourself a favor & call cosmopolitan mechanical services for all your heating & cooling requirements.

Last month we had our AC replaced from cosmopolitan mechanical services. We found this comapany very reliable and honest. They provided us with a lot of information regarding buying a new ac. After palcing the order for a new Ac, they come on time and did an excellent job of installing the AC. they also intalled a programmable thermostate. Cosmopolitan Mechanical services replaced furnace in my home in December 2009. They also installed the HEPA filter for clean air in my house. I was very pleased with their approach to the project and the work they did. They were very accommodating. They started exactly when we agreed, completed on a short schedule and cleaned up very well before leaving. The price was exactly as agreed in advance and they voluntarily added in some simple extras such as a replacement of humidifier pad. Everyone I spoke to at the company was service oriented and a pleasure to deal with. My sales person was Don. And installer was Greg. I would refer both don and Greg to any friends and family if they required this type of work. Very neat and ?clean job. Thank you.

Fifteen days ago we had the pleasure of working with cosmopolitan to add a new air conditioner,humidifier,electronic filter.We can not compliment these guys enough,the system was installed flawlessly and the work area they worked on was cleaner when they left then it was when they started. The price quote from Cosmopolitan was the best and their team of installers (Mr. Fred Specially) were outstanding. They were very courteous, listened to my requirements, suggested the best system to suit my needs and the best part of this deal was the professional installation I received from this Company.
