We needed some service on our air conditioner and contacted Cosmopolitan. They were great! They called when they said they would, arrived when they said they would and were helpful and upfront about what they found. I would definitely recommend them to others!

This is the second time we've used Cosmopolitan. We're currently in the process of doing a basement reno, and took the opportunity to put in a new furnace and main duct. We also needed a new A/C. We got a reasonable quote for the work, and Arshad and his team were professional and diligent. They were committed to getting the job done in a timely manner, and had no problem working late to get the job done. We are very pleased with the completed work, and very happy with our new HVAC system. We will definitely recommend them to others, and call on them again in the future.

Recommended Cosmopolitan to two family members already. EJ from sales was very patient and responsive, answering my many questions before making the final decision. EJ provided very competitive pricing. Although not the cheapest price, for not much more, you get the quality and dedication. Arshad did a very professional job installing my new AC, humidifier, and air cleaner. Worked diligently, respected our home, and completed a very clean installation. No mess, no fuss. Would highly recommend Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services.

Its been only a week since installation - but I think installation is the key. The installers, led by Arshad were very meticulous and knew what they were doing. All the work was done neatly and without fuss. A very professional job. Thanks Fahim & Arshad. After a frustrating experience of trying to get a response from Heatin Plus, I was pleased and relieved to have the rep from Cosmopolitan Mechanical promptly return my call after I left a message. It was a Sunday and he was on another job, but was willing to come to my house in downtown Toronto afterwards. He also recommended, in the meantime, that I check whether my filter needed changing (it didn't, but he could have potentially saved me a service call). He called me back in the evening to ask if I still wanted someone to come by that day. I opted to wait till the Monday morning, and Beyhan showed up first thing in the morning, quickly diagnosed the problem, obtained a part within 2 hours, and had the furnace up and running within a couple of hours after that. Nothing beats fast, courteous service, and it's clear Cosmopolitan has their customers' best interests at heart.

Last week my old furnance stopped working. I called Cosompolitan. Their sales rep, Mr. Fahim gave me an offer I couldn't refuse and he made the whole implementation happen right the next day. Their work was very professional, accurate and clean. I highly recommend Cosmopolitan to everyone who needs high quality service.

I just want to give a five star to the Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services, for the wonderful brand new furnace that was installed last summer, and for their excellent 24 hour after service. It so happened that this month, our furnace stopped working. We couldn't figure out why, so we called them at 2am expecting to leave a voice mail. It was a nice surprise then to be able to talk to a tech on the phone right away, who helped us figuring out the problem in 30 minutes (filter needs change). Then, the thermometer was running low in battery (we didn't know), which caused the furnace to stop heating up. Again, the technician came to help as soon as they can the next day, and fixed the problem with no charge even though changing the battery should be our job. They respond quickly to help; they are efficient and patient, and they pay careful attentions to the jobs they do. I would highly recommend their service to others.

I called 3 companies for quotes. Cosmopolitan came in fairly priced, and were very patient in explaining my options. The work they did was very neat and clean. They were able to do the job quickly, to accomodate my tight schedule with a tennant moving in. They moved my hot water tank as part of the job, which was also squeaky clean. I was very impressed by my experience with these guys, and highly recommend them. Pete

Our furnace died and needed to be replaced just as the cold weather arrived. Out of four companies we called, Cosmopolitan got back to us immediately. Arshaad explained why our furnace needed replacement and he and his crew showed up on time and did all that they promised and within budget. The installation is neat, clean, and the furnace works great. We are very happy with their work. Arshaad was very patient and gladly explained why our old furnace had failed and why the new one (American Standard) was the best choice. He was quite honest and forthright, explaining that if we went with a cheaper product, we would be getting a boiler that would be more likely to fail and would have a shorter service life. This is exactly the problem that the previous owner of our house created because they chose to install a cheap boiler. I would highly recommend this company for any job. Once the money tree regrows a bit, I will have them back in to install a tankless waterheater.

When our central air fizzled in July we found Cosmopolitan through Home Stars. We were impressed by the ratings and after meeting him we had a new Air Conditioning unit installed. We had some problems and Arshad came out twice to fix it, in both cases we called in the evening and he was there promptly the next day-- this was much appreciated as each time it was during a heat wave. We had such a good experience that when our furnace failed we didn't hesitate to call Cosmopolitan. Arshad and Arrow went to work and within hours our house was toasty again. Arshad is very conscientious and we appreciated his attention to detail,he covered our hardwood floors so they would not get damaged, he took away our old furnace and a/c and all the packaging associated with the new units. He also took care of the rebate paperwork and last but certainly not least he was always on time. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
