Our electric water heater died the week we moved into our new home. Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services was referred to us by the Rinnai manufacturer and I called them on Friday afternoon. Even though they were busy hearing about our problem Arshaad made time to come on Saturday evening. On monday morning he came on time and installed the Rinnai water heater. It is a great invention it is tankless water heater and produces hot water on demand. Arshaad provided excellent service and did a superb installation job.

After a really bad experience with a previous HVAC repair company, we contacted Cosmopolitan. Even though it was the middle of summer, and they were extremely busy, they came on time. (Previous companies cancelled 2 or 3 times at the last minute). He did a very thorough analysis and diagnosis. The problem was found and explained (a defective sensor). Our A/C has been working since then with no problems.

Our old AC gave up on us this summer. we called cosmopolitian team to replace the AC. They were very quick to respond and showed up on time give us an excellent price. They also informed us about the rebate program for the new Ac. the installation process was very smooth and they did finish the job ontime. After completion they cleaned up the place. cosmopolitian job was very clean and great. we will use them for any future needs and recommend them to everyone.

I wanted to give them a 9.5 rating but can't quite figure out how to give the extra .5!!! I would have given this company a 10 but after they left and I had a real good look at the work and noticed that they either ran out of silver 'duct' tape or didn't quite finish sealing everything. Fortunetely I had some on hand and finished a very small section that needed attention. A very minor detail but sealing areas that were cut out of a furnance to make room for new equipment is important. Overall great company and would recommend them.

Had a bit of trouble getting an appointment, had to call them twice. But he showed up at the appointed time and did a very thorough job. Very nice and courteous. AC works great now, would definitely recommend.

Repeated leaks in the a/c system. System had to be opened and cleaned and all other related equipment checked. Arshad did a meticulous job. Had called in another technician earlier who did not diagnose the core problem resulting in a repeat call and I then decided to call Arshad who was referred by a friend.

I just moved into a new house and needed a new furnace and AC quickly. Cosmopolitan gave me a competitive price and got the work done quickly. They have been friendly, helpful, and very quick to answer any questions or deal with any issues. I would recommend them for the customer service, the speed of their response, and the friendliness of their employees as well as the quality of their work.

I'm very pleased with the work that Arshad and his colleague did. They are hard working and polite gentleman who are knowledgeable and confident about the work that they do. Arshad was flexible about our meeting time, was on time and actually early most of the time.

We moved into a new home and had air condition running but no cold air. Last weekend was unbearably hot and humid but Arshad and his team came to our rescue in the evening. House is cooling nicely now. I will definitely call him again for my next projects: heating and gas line in our home.
