I contacted Arshad shortly after moving into a home that needed a gas line run into the kitchen for a new gas stove. He came that weekend to have a look at what was needed. After agreeing on the work he called me back to set up a time that same week and was on time and on budget!

Excellent service, on time with short notice. Hired for gas line installation for gas stove, but these guys are one step ahead. Also installed gas line for my barbecue in backyard with no extra cost. Very impressed with customer oriented attitude. I am repetitive customer for them now. They left me more impressed this time then earlier service call last year.

I found Cosmopolitan through the Homestars website and admittedly was skeptical about their perfect score. However, after getting a quote that was competitively priced on replacing two furnaces with new high efficiency units and replacing two hot water tanks with a tankless unit, I figured that the reviews couldn't too far off the mark. I have to say that i'm now a believer - their service was exceptional and professional, and everything was installed without hassle. They were quick and reliable and cleaned up after themselves. They also helped with securing all the rebates that I was eligible for by preparing a bunch of the paperwork for me. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

We call Mr. Arshad of Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services Inc. and explained the situation. He came to my house right away and looked at the unit. He explained the problem in detail with the repairing / part replacement cost. His honest expert advice to replace the part was save us from the lot of trouble, time and the cost. After mutual agreement Mr. Arshad brought the part and replaces it, and this way with in an hour the job was done satisfactorily with very affordable cost. We purchased a new High Efficiency furnace and air conditioner in November. They provided us with excellent service at a great price. Arshad and his staff were very friendly and knowledgable. They installed our furnace and airconditioner in a very clean and efficient manner. Arshad showed us how to use the system and answered all of our questions. We had an excellent experience with this company and we would not hesitate recommending them to family and friends!

Arshad came to give us an estimate and his expertise on solving our home's HVAC issues both promptly and professionally . He guided us through the process by advising us of the advantages of a heat loss study and various goverment inspections to maximize potential reimbursement. He was always receptive to our requests of positioning of vents for design purposes. He ended up starting and finishing our job earlier than expected, and as a result allowed us to gain time in our renovation - and now our house is finally warm everywhere! We will definitely seek out his service again for future projects.

I had interviewed several companies and felt most comfortable with Arshad and his company. He treated me (a single woman) fairly, and with respect and honesty. Not only was he personable, but he was also efficient and clean. The job he did in installing the gas furnace was commended by the gas inspector, which confirmed the confidence I had already felt in the job he had done.

We had some furnace problems in the fall where we needed the igniter replaced and the motherboard had been acting up and sometimes the blower would not turn on. We called Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services and they sent out Khalil to our house. He was very nice and quick with his repair. The furnace was older and the motherboard required a complete rewiring to be compatible with the furnace and Khalil did a great job (being an electrical engineer I'm quite picky about wiring jobs). I would definitely recommend them to anyone with HVAC issues.

He was wonderful he came in diagnosed the problem educated us in the care and maintenance of the filter and gave us the most economical solution to meet our needs. I definitely would use them again I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Very satisfied with fast response and excellent service. Arshad was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was doing. Fixed A/C within an estimated time and left no mess behind.
