After my A/C unit was on its last legs, I contacted Faheem and was greeted with exceptional customer service. Once we aggreed to a very reasonable price, they came out promptly when they said they would, and installed not only a great new AC unit but also replaced my 30 year old furnace with a ultra quite and efficient furnace. I was most impressed with the effort Faheem put in to advise me of all gov't rebates available, and gave me the feeling like they were on my side!

They are an outstanding HVAC company, offering exceptional quality and Service. I got them to install Furnace , AC and Tankless Water Heater. it is one of finest works I have ever seen. Very clean Job. the entire process and the installations were perfect. They came ontime and finished the work on time. I am very happy with the job.

We had a problem with our A/C and Arshad came in promptly to fix it. We were also advised that our A/C being very old (builder installed) it was time to change it. We also requested that a humidifier be installed, which was done very professionally. Besides, Arshad even got our furnace filter moved out of the furnace compartment outside. We have retained him to install a new A/c for the next season. Great job, good and efficient person, Arshad. We recommend him to anyone requiring HVAC service/ installation.

Very knowledgeable in his line of work. On time, very professional. The price for the work involved was great. Would definately recommend him for anybody. I've already had previous duct work service done by the company. Have a future project to finish my basement and will definately get Cosmopolitian back in for the following services: - more duct work - additional gas line runs - Tankless water heater installation

Outstanding Professional work and exceptional fast Service response. We hired them for new Airconditioning Installation and Furnace repairs for house we recently purchased in June 2007. The owner is very involved in the entire process installation and repairs exceeded our expectations. I have no hesitation is saying they are Best! and under any emergency services onc can rely on them.

I have to admit - Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services is one of those companies that really try to put you as client first regardless of weather conditions or any extreme situations. Just over the past summer, I had returned from vacation to find my central air conditioning system malfunctioning! You can just imagine my frustration and miserable conditions sitting at home in the afternoon. So I called up Cosmopolitan right away assuming they'd get it fixed within the week. But they sent their technicians over that very evening and got the whole system up and running within the hour. Honestly - their organization, efficiency and high-quality work is exactly what defines "customer service" !!

Excellent work and competitive price. I would recomend Cosmopolitan machanical to anyone. I had my old furnace replaced and move the furnace to a different location and all the new duct work was done and Arshad did a very clean job. I also intend to replace my Aircondition and have Arshed do it. I also recomended Arshad to my neighbour and he also replaced the furnace and put a Chimney liner. they are extremely happy with his work
