Called 8 different companies to get service on this long weekend. 6 Didn't return my call. 1 Cannot do it until Tues. 1 trying to sell me a new system...over the phone! (Which I actually am considering, even before my A/c problem). I just know now who will NOT net getting my business! LOL =========================== Called this company, got someone live, forwarded directly to a tech. Cell # got a machine but he DID call back in a timely manner. Came on time (when he'd said & within an hour). VERY honest! Thorough, explained everything. Offered insight (useful insight) & no sales pitches. I even got a system price...with NO "overselling". Highly recommend this company to anyone & will most likely use them for our COMPLETE HVAC system replacement.

My Air conditioning stopped working I call this company, that very same day I got a technician come in and check the unit tried very hard to repair but finally it was decided to change the unit, the very next day my new unit was installed and I was relieved. The service provided was very efficient,friendly and cost effective. I got a better unit at low price.

Our furnace fan stopped working this winter, and when I called Cosmopolitan, I was assured that someone would be there within the hour, and he was. I asked how long and was told about 2 hours and it was. The work was done efficiently and on time for a great price, which is very important for my busy schedule. He also took the time to explain some things about furnace maintenance that I was not aware of. I have already recommended this company to others by word of mouth, as I am impressed by their reliability and punctuality, as well as the quality of workmanship.

Recently I needed a new furnace for my house and looked around for a supplier.Ifound Cosmopolitian Mechanical Services who gave me the best price, and option.These two guys were professonal, courteous, and on time. Every thing that was promissed was delivered.The installation was very good, and so was the clean up afterwards. I highly recomend this company for any heating jobs and for me these two guys are a 10+++++

We are very happy to call Cosmopolitan to service our furnace which stop working in the middle of the night, they come first in the morning, replace some parts and fixed it within an hour. we are very impressed with their services, rates and professionalism.

Our furnace was not functional as of late friday evening February 23, 2007. I called the company and they send the technician in an hour time around 10:15p.m. The service technician was polite, knowledgeable, investigated the problem thoroughly and fixed it quickly and confidently. He changed the filter and also provided tips for prevention in the future. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Cosmopolitan for having good professional people.

We really happy with the work these guys have done, From start to finish every single thing they have done is neat and clean specially with the remodelling of duct work which give us enough space to add our laundary machines.
