    Annual Furnace Maintenance

    Ather came by and ensured that the furnace cosmopolitan installed 2 years ago was in tip-top shape. You can tell that Ather loves his job and he's very thorough! He had no problems answering my questions and I hope to see him next year.

    Furnace check

    Ather is punctual, knowledgeable, very friendly. I would highly recommend his service. Year after year, he remembers our names and furnace, and always makes great recommendations for us. I look forward to his visit every year.

    furnace maintenance

    My service rep is Ather Hasan, who has been maintaining my furnace/ac for several years now, and I always ask for him on service visits. He takes the time to explain whatever is relevant on the visit, as well as offering occasional tips for maintenance things that I can do myself. He is always on time, works quickly, and is friendly and polite at all times. I would recommend him to anyone.

    Professional & Commited

    Ather Hasan has serviced my HVAC over the last 2 years on my Maintenance service contract. He was assigned for the recent maintenance service to my Tankless Water Heater. All of Ather's service appointment has been honest, professional, and committed. If he is running late Ather would make the effort to inform you. Ather is an honest service professional with no up selling. He takes his time to thoroughly service your appointment needs. Very approachable and knowledgeable and willing to explain and answer your questions. I enjoyed all his service visits

    FURNACE WAS NOT FUNCTIONING

    Ather Hasan was very professional by asking the history of what had taken place since the technician had serviced the Furnace in November of 2016. He reviewed the problems and was very quick in resolving the problem and ensured that the Furnace was working and assured us if there is any problem to contact him, Ather Hassan is a very valuable worker as he troubleshoots the problem and gets it resolved and we admire his sterling qualities which is very difficult to find these days. He made sure at the end of the day that the customers were happy and statisfied with the results, what an outstanding engineer/worker Ather Hassan is. we commend his professionalism and wish him every success

    CARRIER HEATING AND A/C INSTALL

    My parents used Cosmopolitan for their new install in mid December. The initial consultation was great with Nadeem, very personable and knowledgeable. Install was quick however some things were missed i.e. Air filter compartment was sub par as it would not close. After 3 months was noticing a fault error was being generated by the furnace. After two service technician visits issue has now been corrected. (Drainage issue due to install). The second gentleman (Mike) was great and very knowledgeable and I cannot say enough about him as he quickly diagnosed the issue and corrected accordingly. Unfortunately it had to take two visits to rectify as first tech chose to ignore the fault code and said everything was testing fine. I commend Cosmopolitan for fixing the issue and ensuring we were satisfied. I can't say anything about the A/C as we haven't had to use as of yet. Will give another review as soon as we get to test that unit as well.

    Furnace and A/C Maintenance

    My HVAC system was purchased from Cosmopolitan in 2015. Ather Hansan has performed the annual maintenance the past 2 years. Ather is friendly, courteous and most importantly professional and knowledgeable. He takes the time to answer all questions and provide advice. I have a technical background and can see his answers illustrate his breadth of knowledge and are not just filled with "buzzwords" of the trade. And he takes pride in educating customers on the various aspects of their HVAC systems. I will be following up with Cosmopolitan to have Ather listed as my permanent HAVC technican.

    Reliable, on time, and friendly

    Ather came same day (amazing!) to help us make sure all was well with our furnace. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and we'll be sure to use this company in the future!

    Furnace Cleaning and Inspection

    The most thorough furnace cleaning and inspection I've ever witnessed. Ather Hasan checked everything, with patience and precision. He did not rush through the job. He explained everything and gave helpful advice. And then he took the time to write a detailed report afterwards, for our records. Absolutely amazing. Thank you Ather, and Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services.
