    Ather

    My furnace not maintaining temperature. I called at midday, and by late afternoon, Ather arrived to look at the furnace. He's very friendly and knowledgeable. He soon had the furnace all sorted out, and took the time to explain everything. He also made several recommendations that I will implement. I am Extremely happy with the service he provided. Thanks Ather!

    Ather

    I had my furnace installed by this company 7 years ago and have had annual service by Ather. I've had excellent service always and would definitely recommend him. He is a very friendly, knowledgeable man who is always very thorough.

    Furnace Maintenance

    Thanks to the technician, Mike, from Cosmopolitan for going beyond the call of duty and getting our furnace back online. There were a number of issues with the furnace that were really the fault of the manufacturer and the tech from Cosmopolitan was always pleasant and courteous despite having to deal with faulty parts. Very much appreciate the service department from Cosmopolitan.

    Ather is the best!!!

    Ather has come to my rescue! I found Cosmopolitan via Homestars and purchased my furnace and AC from them in 2008. I have had Ather maintain my HVAC now for a few years, and whenever my HVAC needs maintenance or has a problem, I always specifically ask for him and him only. Ather comes in a timely manner and fixes everything. He always calls to let me know where he is and his approximate ETA. He is so kind and considerate! My furnace has been working sporadically so Ather came to diagnose and fix my furnace. He went through each part of my furnace step by step with care and detail...he is my furnace doctor! He shows me what he is doing and explains to me what is going on with my furnace. I can tell that he loves his job and knows what he is doing, and I love it that he is my furnace technician! Thank you Ather for doing such a wonderful job, AGAIN!!

    Furnace Maintenance

    I was serviced by Ather Hasan. He was very professional and knowledgeable, offering practical advice to me to keep my furnace going longer and detect future problems. Maintenance service was timely and a reasonable price.

    Replaced Furnace / Aircondtioner

    I was due for my furnace replacement which was almost 25 years old and I am glad I chose Cosmopolitan, Faheem Ejaz has give an exceptional customer service and I am very satisfied with the installation services they provided they cleaned up after work as well.

    Excellent humidifier installation

    Ather came and installed our humidifier, he is very professional and knowledgeable. He was friendly and provided us with information to help us take good care of our furnace. We would recommend this company, they also helped fix our AC in the summer!

    Furnace 911

    Hasan Ather was my home comfort advisor who introduced me to the Lennox line of furnaces. Few days ago, I received an error code. Today, Hasan came to the rescue (as he has reliably done so in the past). He is also a senior technician who works wonders to resolve the problem in a short period of time. No lengthy wait for parts as he is a amongst a few technicians who are capable of maintaining high efficiency furnaces like mine. I am so pleased that he not only sold me the product but continues to service which is so rare these days. I highly recommend that you specifically ask for Hasan Ather as he will not disappoint.

    Furnace Carrier

    We contacted cosmopolitan for the replacement of our twenty years old furnace. We got call back from ej and he came to our house and gave us the quote. We went with them for the installation. It was great experience. We are satisfied with the job done by Fred.

    Furnace Repair

    Ather was able to fix our furnace quickly. He called beforehand with an accurate estimate of his arrival time. He explained what he was doing at every step of the way and as he adjusted things he explained what the outcome would be. Ather was friendly and extremely professional, and he made recommendations for how to keep our furnace running optimally going forward. I would highly recommend Ather and his expertise to others.
