    Carrier furnace

    Teem from cosmopolitan mechanical srev was very efficient and quick to replace my broken furnace . Furnace broke down on Sunday and they installed the new furnace on the same day. Nice job done by Fred and ej.

    furnace repair

    We woke up this weekend and realized that our furnace wasn't working and our house was freezing cold. We have two young children one of which is a baby so we found ourselves in a very urgent situation. We surfed around on here and called a couple companies but weren't having any luck since it was still just past 7am I guess. But then, we found cosmopolitan. We spoke with Sam on the phone and he was very professional and courteous. He managed to get his technician Michael to our house within 2 hours. Michael came over and was very friendly and helpful. Really nice guy. He explained to us that our ignitor had broken and thats why our furnace wasn't lighting up. He was able to give us the price immediately and even had the part with him in his van. We hadn't had our furnace serviced in a while so he noticed how dirty it was and recommended that we get our furnace cleaned and that he would do for half price since he was already here!!!! We obviously took him up on the half price cleaning and then we decided to sign up on the maintenance plan they have so we don't have to worry about remembering to get the machine serviced every year. They just call us. Thank you Michael and Sam for the great service that you provided to us. I can't believe how prompt, friendly and efficient you guys were. My family and I thank you very much!!!!

    heating and air conditioning

    Cosmopolitan installed our new furnace and A/C a couple of years ago. The installers were fantastic! We also have Ather from Cosmopolitan who is a top notch service tech come by and do our furnace and A/C annual check ups. Ather is a very polite and knowledgeable tech. He does a thorough job with the inspections and takes his time to explain his findings. At our last check up on the A/C unit Ather discovered the unit was fully clogged! He was able to remove the build up and get our unit running more efficiently.

    Furnace Repair

    Our eight years old furnace broke down on sunday night. We called cosmopolitan mechanical srevice. Tech name mike came to our house. It took him around 45 minute to fix the furnace. Mike was very knowledgeable. He had broken part in his truck which made the job easier. We recommend mike to everyone.

    Heating and air condition service

    Cosmopolitan crew installed my Lennox furnace and air condition about 5 years ago.It is working fine since thanks to Ather's expertise and professional service.That's why he is my choice when it comes to annual service.He takes his time to check,clean and test all components that are vital to proper operation of my equipment.And he really knows his stuff,and is always happy to answer any questions about my heating and airconditioning . And he puts all of his observations on my bill.That's why I always ask Cosmopolitan to send their best serviceman to my place.Thanks Ather!Keep up the good work.

    Furnace Maintenance

    Once again, Ather Hasan completed professional and thorough preventative maintenance on my furnace. He took the time to explain the importance of each component and emphasized the safety aspects. Thank you Ather!

    Mitsubishi Mr Slim Split Type Air Conditioner Install

    We needed a replacement wall mounted a/c urgently. Cosmopolitan were able to remove the old unit and install a new unit within two days. The technician (Shan A.) was the most technically knowledgable of the four companies contacted; and the second best price. The installation was clean and there have been no issues. I have already recommended the company to a neighbour.

    Furnace and AC maintenance

    I purchased my furnace from Cosmopolitan and they have been doing the maintenance ever since. This year, Cosmopolitan has done the duct cleaning and AC maintenance as well. Ather Hasan performed both the AC and furnace maintenance. Ather has been very professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. He explain thoroughly the things he was doing as well as the principles behind air conditioning and heating. He points out things that will help to the performance of the unit and to keep it running for a long time. It has been a wonderful experience.

    Great Customer Service

    I've used Cosmopolitan Mechanical for a few years and have to say they have the most amazing customer service. Ather Hasan has been our service technician and all his advice has proven to be both accurate and offered with the customer in mind. He is extremely knowledgeable, explaining both problems and options in a thorough and patient manner. He is reliable, on everything from confirming appointments to the costs of various items. He communicates clearly and in a courteous manner. I'm very happy with the service provided.

    A/C unit diagnosis and repair

    We hired Cosmopolitan to figure out why a relatively new air-conditioning unit had stopped working. This was during the height of our recent heat wave, and was quite an urgent matter. Ather Hasan was amazing to deal with! He came quickly and was extremely knowledgeable. He was quick not only to diagnose the problem, but also explained it thoroughly and patiently to us. The problem was solved quickly and even after the fact, Arher was extremely responsive to our calls and text messages, answering questions and helping us avoid future damage to the unit. We wouldn't hesitate to call him in the future or recommend him to friends!
