A great experience with cosmopolitan led us to write this review. We called this company when our Furnace stopped working. After talking to few of our friends we called cosmopolitan mechanical services. There response to our call was very prompt. Sales person Kam came to our house on the same day and gave us the quote. After checking with some other companies and internet we found the price very reasonable. So we decided to go with cosmo. There installers team was also very very professional. They finished the job on the same day. We are very comfortable with the service we got. In fact, we believe we got more than we paid for. if we have any other needs in the future we would call them again.

We originally went with Cosmopolitan because of all the good reviews in Homestars. Our expectations were high to begin with and they exceeded those expectations. The price was good and the the quality of work was fantastic. Arshad spent a great deal of time beforehand advising us on different options for our new in slab hydronic radiant heating system, air handler/furnace and water heater. He also made a very appreciated special trip with our sales rep (Kham), as he realized that our job would be more complicated than we first thought. Ashrad came back again with the technicians to make sure everything went smoothly and the work was done right. Every detail/problem was anticipated and dealt with as it came up. Ashrad really knows his stuff. It was a very long day and we were also impressed at how hard everyone worked. Everything about the job was complicated. Our air conditioner was old, which made the re-location even more difficult, we were installing a water heater at the same time which they handled very well moving from the old chimney to power vent. To top all this at the end of the job we received a package containing all the documentation we needed for all rebates grants from utility company and city grants and rebates. All filled out and instructions for submitting.

I just wanted to say that after many years of putting up with frequent repairs to our old furnace, we came to the conclusion that we had to bite the bullet and arrange for a whole new system. We were fortunate enough to meet up with a new neighbour who suggested we contact Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services. I had no idea that today's newer products were so much better in quality and performance than my old clunker. I had their salesman Paul visit with me and my wife. He took all the time we needed to decide on what would be right for us - he didn't rush us into any decision making for which we were very pleased. We decided on their Lennox line and couldn't be happier. We can see ourselves saving much money over the future with our purchase - no more repair bills! I also have to recommend the technicians who installed the equipment - Arshad and Dave who spent a good part of the day making sure all was right - taking the time to answer any questions we had. They were right on time as well and didn't leave a mess, which, although it may seem like a small thing, was very much appreciated. I'd certainly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a furnace or air condtioning. In our case, we also had them install an air purifier which has already made a huge difference in the quality of air we breathe, especially as two of our children suffer from allergies. Cosmopolitan has been taking care of our furnace for the last 9 years. In 2007 they changed our AC. This year we decided to change our furnace. We called Cosmopolitan again for the quote. They quoted us for a new Lennox furnace. We found the price very competitive. So we decided to go with the quote. Arshad and Peter came to our house for the installation. Once again they did a wonderful job. Arshad explained us every detail regarding the furnace. We recommend this wonderful company to all our friends and family members. We’ll definitely use Cosmopolitan again for all of our heating and air conditioning needs.

our family doctor adviced us to have it installed HEPA filter in our house, so we shop around and got quotes from 3 different companies, Cosmo guy Arshad gave us a detail information regarding the indoor air and encourge us to buy HRV with the HEPA to get the fresh air from out side and get it purified it with hepa. Right after installation we feel the freshness in our air and also the HRV take the cooking smell from our house very fast. Thank you cosmopolitan for the exceotional work.

We almost gave up to go green with a tankless water heater. However, The job refused by major contractor was done by cosmopolitan. They did a very professional work in a resonable budget. We are very happy with there exceptional services. We will definitely use this company again to change our furnace next year.

My neighbour gave me information abouth Cosmopolitan. Took a while to get an appointment. May be they are busy. However, Once booked they did a very professional job. On time and excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
