Cosmopolitan was recommended to us by one of our friends. We called the cosmo to give us the quote for lennox furnace and AC. Sales person Paul came to our house for estimate. We found sales person Paul very knowledgeable. He gave us very usefull information for selecting the right product for our house. We decided to go with the quote. Next day cosmo Installer Arshad and Dave arrived at our house right on time. They answered all our questions very nicely. They did a very clean and neat job. Thanks

Called Cosmopolitan after receiving a few a quotes on the same equipment and Cosmopolitan was the best by far. Kham the salesman came by and addressed all the my questions and concerns. It was also a holiday . Greg and his assistants did a great job installing all the equipment on two separate days , to accomadate my request. Arshad rehauled the HVAC on our home in 2008 and installed both a new natural gas furnace and air conditioning units. After experiencing a concern with our AC unit last summer, Arshad referred our Air Conditioning issue to a specialist who expertly diagnosed the malfunction and serviced it back in May before the summer heat set in. This summer we needed AC for our house. We Visited Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services display location at Dixie Outlet Mall. Sales person Paul gave us very useful information for selecting a new AC. We invited Paul for a quote to our house. We definitiey found Paul very knowledgeable. After getting the quote, which we found compatitive, we booked the job. Installer Mike and Dave came to our house for the installation. They were very polite and helpful. They answered all our questions regarding installation. Before the instalation they covered all our valuable hardwood flooring with drop sheets. After the installtion they left the work area neat and clean. They installed the AC within 5 hours.
