Our toilet died. Just like that. So I called Expressrooter Plumbing, Andrew was here within the hour, gave us a very reasonable estimate and in spite of a difficult floor, had us up and running (pardon the pun) in no time. He was thorough, tidy, installed the new toilet which we already had, secured it and caulked it. We couldn't have been happier! Will definitely recommend and use these guys again.

I called ExpressRooter to install a furnace floor drain primer valve. This ensures that the floor drain is kept full of water so sewer gases cannot get into the house. Matt McMillian did the installation and did a perfect job. When it came time to have new plumbing and taps for my laundry tub, I made sure Matt did the installation. Once again....a great job. More recently, I had Matt redo the original plumbing and taps for my new Powder Room Vanity sink. Thank you Matt...another great job. If I have more plumbing work to do, I would not hesitate to call Express Rooter.

We called Express Rooter to come and fix a major problem after a bad bathroom reno and when another plumber charged us $500 to not fix the issue. Matt and Yuri did a great job and were right on quote to replace the old plumbing stack. They are a great company to hire, were very clean and explained everything to us.

Second time I have used ExpressRooter Plumbing and was very pleased with the service. Andrew was on time, very knowledgable about what needed to be done and checked several times to ensure that all plumbing activities that he completed were to his satisfaction and not leaking prior to him leaving my home. I would highly recommend this company for all plumbing needs!

Our family has used Express Rooter for a number of projects in our home. We are very pleased with the service and customer services. They were extremely efficient and we wouldn’t have any hesitation to recommend their company to any of our friends or family.

My basement bathroom ceiling had leaked dramatically 2 days before a two week trip out of the country. I called ExpressRooter because there were no leaks/dampness on the floor above and thought it must have been something in between the floors. ExpressRouter was the quickest one to send a plumber to my home the next day (on boxing day!). The plumber not only assessed the situation quickly but was courteous enough to ask if there was anything else he could look at while he was there!

Had Jamie come to the house to figure out why our basement had flooded. Very quickly he diagnosed it and told me what it would take to fix it. He and his team were wonderful and he definitely went the extra mile afterwards to make sure I was happy. He and the whole Express Router Team are just fantastic and so very helpful. I cannot say enough good things. They may not be the cheapest out there, but you get what you pay for.

We are deliberating about whether to renovate a house or knock it down. Yuri assisted us with a partial plumbing inspection to see if the pipes underground are jammed with tree roots. Yuri arrived promptly, with camera and dowser, was super polite and went through all of the details in a very professional manner. In fact both John and Yuri were really kind, well informed, and pleasant to deal with. Regardless of what we do, we will hire ExpressRooter again, for sure.

When my kitchen sink clogged unexpectedly and I wasn't able to clear it myself, I called several plumbing companies looking for professional help. ExpressRooter (Vlad) was able to come out not only same-day but within 3 hours of my initial call. The drain was clogged (as expected) with grease and food particles, so the entire service visit took only 30 minutes. The best part of the service though was the maintenance advice which will hopefully help us to prevent this type of problem in the future.

after recently moving into our new home we discovered that a leaky basement was not disclosed to us (being dealt with accordingly). after researching for the best company, it lead me to express rooter and I was not disappointed. within a few hours of my call to their office, Jamey came by and very thoroughly walked me through the issues in my basement. we were (and still are) planning to finish the basement but luckily discovered this first. the next morning, Jamey had several crews at our house and 2 days after my initial call they completed the waterproofing of my entire basement. The crew supervised by Vaso were both efficient and effective and left the job site in a very clean state considering all the work that had just happened. Jamey and Vaso walked me through the completed work and answered all my questions with kindness and professionalism. We are sleeping well knowing we just had the best company and crew waterproof our basement - this has no doubt increased the property value of our home. one other thing to note, THEY WERE NEVER LATE...I am very particular about this and have had great experiences with other companies but this was always a miss. They are very respectful of your time and home and did the work earlier than schedule. I will never have to look for another plumbing company again and would recommend express rooter to anyone. Thank you again to Jamey, Vaso and Team for an outstanding job. trust me, doing things the wrong way will cost you more in the end, if you want a perfect job give these guys a call and you won't be disappointed.
