Jason came by and confirmed my fears that we had a MAJOR blockage in our kitchen pipe(and 17 ft of below grade clay piping ). The previous long term owner must have sustained herself on bacon, as all the fat had built up over the years. After scoping the drains and showing me on the screen the extent of the problem, (along with noting a zero slope on the old clay pipes), we made the decision to fix it and Alex and his crew worked tirelessly to get the basement dug up(thick cement), pipes replaced and backfilled and mortar finished before the end of the day. Always sceptical of technology, before they removed the old pipes I checked the level with an old bubble level, and sure enough... no slope. I really appreciated Jason's patience with explaining all my options, I always felt like I was in good hands, and everyone answered my barage of questions without hesitation. Overall... highly recommended...

I've used ExpressRooter in the past for my drain issues. Knowing how great of a job they did of course I would trust them to do my faucet installation. ExpressRooter sent Vlad out and he was superb. I called ExpressRooter with an emergency sewer back in my basement. I got my drains replaced by another company but I couldn't wait a few days for them to help me out. Expressrooter sent Jamey and he was at my door within 45 minutes from the time I called. I was impressed!!! He got the work done and helped me out at 11:30pm. I had one of those nightmare plumbing situations that Express Rooter not only resolved but managed to make as pleasant an experience as these types of things can be. 48 hrs before my house was to go on the market for sale, I had a basement flood. Unexpected of course. Murphy's law. Good news for my buyers is that the issue was identified and properly resolved before listing. Bad news for me is that I needed to get it resolved fast and properly the first time out, and of course wanted a reasonable price. Having had bad experiences with plumbers in the past, I knew that Express Rooter was the right company to call and I wasn't disappointed. They booked me in within a few business days and finished the job very quickly, sending 5 guys. They camera'd the lines for me inclusive in the price to ensure there were no further issues to resolve while we had the ground open inside and outside of my house. And they recommended installing a backwater valve at the same time which meant a City rebate for me, helping to offset the costs, and provide extra protection for the buyers. They took care of the permit arrangements. Digging three deep holes through concrete in a finished house was nerve racking, but the crew were extremely conscientious. I was amazed at how minimal the debris was and how clean they left my basement and front yard, even moving and re planting my plants. You'd never know they were there. This is the company you call when you don't want to mess around - you want the best. And you'll get it.

Jason came and scoped my drains, big problems were seen. The repair was done in a timely manner. There was a couple of little things that had to be done. Jason came back and fixed it all up for me. Very satisfied with Jason and his crew I would not and will not hesitate to have him back if I need other work done.

We had a pin point leak in our copper pipe and as promised, Vlad turned up on time to fix the leak. Vlad was very efficient, explained the problem and fixed the leak promptly. All in all, we were very satisfied with the quick response and professional job. Would use the company again if we have any issues with plumbing.

This is the third time I've used Express Rooter over the past five years. They've done a great job every time. I needed to have the drain valve that leads to the outdoor garden tap replaced, as well as the tap itself. The company promised someone would come between 11am-1pm. Andrei arrived right at 11 am. He listened, did the work, double checked everything and then cleaned up everything. All in less than two hours. He did a great job! I would definitely continue to recommend Express Rooter to my friends.

20 minute job. Customer supplied diverter, Service included removing small part from old diverter and screwing in new one. Wow - $1000 per hour by my calculation. Job done well - but really I should have been a plumber to get paid this. No relief on pricing. It is what it is. And the plumbing industry wonders why we use handyman...
