I was impressed right away when this company answered the phone and had a plumber at my house 90 minutes later. Andrei was polite, organized and answered all my questions about three plumbing issues in my home. He even offered suggestions on issues that I didn't even ask about. The burst pipe work was completed quickly and the price was reasonable. If you need a plumber I highly recommend this company. Update: I hired this company again in September 2015 and Yuri came to visit. He checked out the two plumbing issues and assured me that were not serious. One was a gurgling sound in the bathroom and the other was a rusty off water switch. Yuri did not charge me for the visit and I have piece of mind.

Matt was very punctual for his 1-2 hr appointment window, something my last plumber can learn from. What he saw was explained, a quote was given, before work started. Site is cleared up before he called it done, just like what he promised in the beginning when he offered the quote. Well done.

We called Express Rooter when out pipes froze due to cold weather. Bob came shortly after the call on a Saturday morning. As the situation was rather complicated due to the location of the water box it was suggested that we should first call the city to look into the problem on their end. The city could not provide adequate solution so we called Express Rooter back. Bob was once again very responsive and visited our home the same day. He was able to schedule his crew to come two days later and after a day of work we had water running. In the meantime we had another plumbing problem which was addressed promptly. Despite the fact that this was a sizeable problem to deal with we are happy to know that now we have a plumbing contractor who is extremely knowledgeable in his field and dedicated to his work. I am having express fix my pluming in my basement and install a back flow preventer for the sewer and flooding which is bad on the lakeshore with heavy rains. I am very happy with the quality of the work and their honesty great job.

Express Rooter came to the rescue, after dealing with another company and the city until 2:00 am with a drainage emergency Express Rooter was referred - professional, on time and saved the day - honest and reliable I manage properties and this is the number in my contact list now.

Our valves under the kitchen sink started to drip. We called ExpressRooter and arranged next day appointment. Over night i got frustrated with the amount of water that was dripping and constant changing of bowls filled with water. I decided to tighten the valves my self. In the morning Vlad give me a call before coming. Vlad was polite, professional and friendly. He looked at the valves and said that i did a good job and no work was necessary. I really respect the honesty and professionalism from him and ExpressRooter. I will definitely call them again for any future problems.

Late last year we had a flood in bathroom which ended up leaking into our basement. We searched around several times for plumbers, General Contractors etc, After watching Mike Holmes for years, I finally decided to call express rooter to get an estimate on home much the bathroom renovation would be cost ( cheap is not always the best). Express rooter was very helpful I spoke to Melissa when the flood first happened but then waiting until just this month ( January 2014) to follow up on what we discussed. She was very helpful and friendly, explaining upfront what the service fee for coming out was ( $45 which would be waived if we did decided to go ahead with the work estimated) Fabulous right ?! As we live in Halton I was not sure if they would come out this far as they are located in Toronto. Our technician Matt came a fair distance to estimate, which was very nice of him! He was friendly, Professional, patient and very helpful giving a few options for the renovation of our bathroom plumbing that we are in the process of doing, He also gave estimates of how much it will cost depending on our personal preference and different types of materials used. We will be booking matt to finish our bathroom Reno within the next few months! As for the company, I am very satisfied with the service and communication between booking the appointment, calling to ensure that a tech would still be sent out but a little later than the appointment which was great! Every time we flushed the toilet or ran the water this gross sewage would pulse up in the middle of our lawn. It wasn't making it all the way to the sewer anymore and it's the middle of January. Amazing service. Amazing response time. Flexible and creative. Jayme literally worked through the night to get things done. We're very grateful.
