Andrew was very knowledgeable and demonstrative in his approach to this issue. He took the time to travel to purchase the parts needed and returned to complete the work. While the labour cost is generally at a premium for plumbing service, I feel the quality and efficiency delivered was worth the cost. I have used them a year back and would certainly consider them for additional work in the future.

This company is very expensive. Check their per job pricing before you hire them. Only very difficult and time consuming jobs are worth the cost. I had the workman at my house for 90 minutes and it cost me $597.38

In a house with four active kids having one bathroom out of commission is not really an option. Previously, I had three local plumbers in to assess the situation and all said that I would not be able to use our basement bathroom - none providing an explanation I could understand. John from ExpressRooter set up an appointment and Vlad was at my door within minutes. He quickly assessed the problem and by the end of the day a new sump pump was installed and functioning. I was pleased with their polite, professional and timely manner. And, my kids and I are happy to have full use of all bathrooms!

I had a broken pipe leading from the bathroom to the basement which was causing heavy leaking. I was most amazed about how quickly Express Rooter showed up and gave me a reasonable price for such a big fix. I went through many different plumbers for my house before, but nothing compares to the quality of service here.

I have used ExpressRooter numerous times in the past and I have been always extremely satisfied with their services. But this time in particular it was amazing as I was in a time pinch b/c I need to rent a unit and Express Rooter was notified with really short notice, but they made it work. Yuri came over and did and outstanding job special with the bathtub installation it was definitely not an easy job.. Once again thank you Express Rooter and Yuri :). I will continue to use your services and referring to friends and family.

Thank you so much ExpressRooter! The pipe in my basement was leaking (ceiling pipe) and we are just starting to finish the basement! The plumber Yuri, came out and helped us with our problem and did a fabulous job! We are indeed happy customers!

If only I had called Express Rooter first!! I had flooding in my basement rental; I panicked & called a disaster company, waste of money and time. The aforementioned company didn't even indentify the problem. All they did was a cleanup and recommended a back water valve & sump pump along with a huge invoice!!! I then called a well known plumbing company, the sewer drain was blocked. I wasn’t present when the drain was snaked (as this company charges extra - calls after 4 PM). I called twice for additional information, on the second call the owner of the company was very rude and told me he had already given me an explanation and hung up the phone. Express Rooter, Jason came out after hours snaked the drain again for $100.00 less than the previous company, he needed to see what was going on. He noted a plumbing error in my basement and gave me recommendations to avoid a future back up. He also brought to my attention a potential pipe problem on the city side and recommended I call the city. Jason also walked around the property and gave me waterproofing tips. Express Rooters is highly recommended, integrity and honest and they saved me a lot of money.

Called Express Rooter to have them install our New Bathtub, they dispatched Vlad to our home. Vlad, did excellent work for us, was polite and stayed late to get the job finished. We already recommended him to friends. Thank you Vlad, Express Rooter.
