I called ExpressRooter last week due to a non functioning toilet. The dispatch sent out Vladimir to my house. He advised me to replace my toilet, and I am so pleased with his recommendation. He was very informative and helpful with all my questions. I have used ExpressRooter in the past, and I couldn't be happier with their service. Thank you again Vladimir and ExpressRooter Plumbing.

My first experience calling a plumber was by far a great one thanks to ExpressRooter Plumbing. It all started 3 weeks when I came home from work to a flooded basement. I panicked!! I went online and seen ExpressRooter at the top so I decided to call. The office staff were very kind and friendly. They dispatched Bob Trollope to my place in an hour. Bob was terrific!! He explained everything to me in detail and made me feel at ease. I would like to thank everyone at ExpressRooter Plumbing especially Bob, for all your help and assistance during my basement crisis. I will continue to use ExpressRooter Plumbing in the future. Thank you for saving my basement. Cheers!

I just had a technician from Express Rooter leave my house. The basement floor drain was backing up. He ran a snake and a video camera to show me the condition of my drain line. He was great! He was professional and kept things very clean (he even wore booties which I am very particular about). My experience with Express Rooter has been a good one starting from my initial phone call (Thank you Debora)! I will definitely use them again if I have any plumbing issues.

I thought I needed my toilet replaced that was constantly whistling. I called Express Rooter and had the pleasure of speaking to Debora who was exceptionally helpful and courteous. She had someone out right away and turns out we didn't need to replace the whole thing! They even helped out with some other small issues we were having! Great company! Honest and so Helpful! I would recommend them to everyone!

I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by Expressrooter. Had Jason come to my home early this year to fix my basement drain. He snaked it and “power flushed” the drain, 3 months and $750+ later, my drain is backing up again! When I initially called to express my concerns, the male dispatcher was dismissive and rude and was advised I would have to pay again to have a plumber come out and fix the problem. A couple of weeks later, I got a call from Melissa, expressing her concern over the poor service performed and for the unprofessional attitude by the dispatcher. I was offered a free camera inspection by Jason to find out the source of the problem as I shouldn't have had backup so soon after the power flush. Even though Melissa was a great help, I had already hired another company to repair my drains and did not need her offer. A guess the silver lining in this situation was Melissa trying to make this situation right which I am grateful for.

Martin and his father Adam are absolute professionals. The job was detailed, messy, and done to perfection and the site left spotless. I would recomend them to anyone. They have saved my basement!!!

I called ExpressRooter Plumbing in January for some plumbing that needed attention. The office dispatched Frank. He was very helpful and friendly. We are very happy with the service and will continue to use ExpressRooter in the future.

All drain pipes replaced under the house. Happy with the work and everyone worked hard the whole time. I'm glad I don't have to worry about pipes or backups anymore!!!

I resisted a "10" but this is legit. Hector was there one time, friendly, and knew his stuff cold. His price was fair and the result was just what we wanted.

Very pleased with the work that was done. Jason was very knowledgeable and provided us with lots of guidance and advice prior to the work starting. The crew was very professional, punctual, and left the basement in great condition. A great job. Thank you.
