In an era where we're bombarded with horror stories and TV shows about repairs and renovations gone horribly wrong, I was very pleased and impressed with the service provided by ExpressRooter: they were very prompt, listened to my description of the problem, and carried out the repairs quickly and most importantly, cleaned up, even wiping down the walls. Rob, the Technician was outstanding. 10 Stars, highly recommended.

We are waterproofing the basement and need to know if the drains are in good shape. I had some concerns so I called around and found Express Rooter had the best rates. They even called shortly bedore Jason arrived. Not only did he scope the drain but he provided excellent advice about the job ahead of us. He even helped me lug some bags full of old drywall to the bin. I will definately call them again if I need more drain work done. Thanks again!

Upon returning from a 3 month vacation in Florida, our basement began to flood (approx. 50 Gal. per hr.). After no success with the local authorities to solve the problem, we found Express Rooter in the Yellow Pages, boy did we get lucky. They addressed the problem within a few hours and made ever effort to correct the situation. Unfortunately, the source of the problem was within the road allowance and thereby the responsiblity the local authorities. After 11 days and the loss of all services (storm, sanitary and water) to our home, the problems were eventually rectified by the local authorities. In our view overall, both the Region of Peel and the City of Mississauga failed us, ExpressRooter did not. The staff and owner of this company were courteous, competent and extremely professional in the service they provided. They stayed in contact with us through the entire ordeal. These people care not only about their own work but that the problem is fixed regardless if another party if performing the work (ie. Region of Peel & City of Mississauga). In the trades companies like ExpressRooter are rare. My wife and I would not hesitate for a split second in recommending this firm to anyone. Not only do they know how to do it right, they care about doing the right thing. We tip our hats to true professionals.

The pricing was comparable to other quotes considering we changed the whole main stack from underground in the basement to the 2nd floor but the service and professionalism was quite remarkable. They made sure to protect the furniture and floors and finished the job the estimated time. Would definetely recommend them.

Express Rooter came within 30 minutes of booking the service call. Jason's knowledge about what needed to be done was exceptional. Jason explained the job that had to be done really well and was able to find the "clean out" pipe for us which was buried in the front yard. Because of that, the City of Toronto is now able to come to replace the broken sewage clay pipes. Jason was upmost professional and I would recommend Express Rooter to anyone in need of plumbing repairs.

Service was provided the day I called although my issue was not an urgent one. Through a step-by-step process Jason showed me why a recurring problem we have had is, actually, a completely different issue than what we thought. The problem isn't tree roots in our drains but an aging stack. Through detailed explanation and a process of elimination I was shown how the problem was identified. Feels great to be an educated consumer.

My kitchen sink's strainer and trap broke. I called Express Router...they said that their earliest appointment was the evening. When they couldn't make it, they called my wife twice to say they were sorry and would be there first thing the next morning. Robert came mid-morning as promised and pointed out that not only the strainer was broken but the trap adapter as well. He ensured that nothing else needed to be replaced. He was quick, he explained what he was doing, cleaned up and offered me $25 off my next service call.

They sent someone over immediately. They promised within the hour and they delivered. I'm accustomed to waiting all day for service people to show up. It was a pleasure to deal with a company that values my time.

We were very pleased with the overall experience with Express Rooter. Even though it was only a drain inspection, the equipment and tools used provided us with a very detailed view of the current condition of our drains (50+ yr old home) The cost of this service was very reasonable compared to other companies. I would highly recommend them in the future

Our toilet was giving us issues. We called a number of companies but noone could fix our toilet. I checked the website and found this commpany. They checked out the problem and immediately fixed it on the spot. Our toilet is now working properly and has been since it wa fixed.
