I called Express Rooter (as seen on Holmes on Homes)and someone was out within 1-2 hours. He was professional, respectful, nice, oh and HONEST. He was very helpful and he will be back in to install my new bathroom. One word - reliable!

I found Express rooter service to be extremely helpful, professional and knowlegeable... I had a basement flood ... I called twice..both times... service was timely, explained all aspects of the problem in layman's terms and got to the root of the problem.... Called ExpressRooter to request a plumber to come find out where the hot water in my basement floor drain was coming from and to stop the running water. Robert Wallbank showed up on time the following day and he quickly determined that the faucet on my laundry tub needed replacement. He prepared a written quote and said he'd come back to do the work if I decided to choose ExpressRooter Plumbing. I called the office the next day and Robert came out on time and replaced the laundry tub faucet very efficiently. The hot water leak has stopped and I'm happy with the service.

We had Express Rooter out on two occasions for plumbing and drain issues and were very pleased with their knowledge and professionalism. Jason and Vlad were both courteous and personable. They answered questions politely and thoroughly. They used a price list to quote the job so there was no mystery pricing and pressure to sign on the spot. We have a lot of confidence in this company and have already recommended it to others. Thanks guys!

My toilet was not flushing-not fun at all, luckily we had a 2nd unit @ our place. I looked up some names in the Yellow Pages and started dialing. When I hit Express Rooter, it was jackpot. Jason the Plumber called me back with some DIY tips; being a newbie I did not know what an Auger was (a less sturdy version can be found at your local hardware store) or what was the best plunger (IT'S THE $2.00 KIND & NOT THE ONES WITH BELLS & WHISTLES!). Anyways, to make a story short, I could not manage to make headways on my own, but Jason did the work quickly, easily and same day I called. There's not alot of people that will give you free advice- so kudos to them.

I phoned on a Monday morning and someone was able to come out the same day to diagnosis problem. Repair was scheduled for the next day. I was impressed with how quick and clean everything was! I would definitely recommend this contractor.

After the excellent work that Express Rooter did on our drain pipe replacement (see separate review), we had them come in to replace a kitchen faucet, and fix a leaky toilet, and didn't even bother getting other quotes for the work. In the end the work was great and all problems were solved but being charged over $400 for about 1 hour and 15 mintues of work seemed high. I had already purchased the new faucet myself, and there was only 2 small parts that they had to replace (although maybe these were expensive ? The parts cost was not separated on the bill). I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, but I would still get 2 other quotes for comparison.

We had significant tree root penetration in our old clay pipes so had them replaced with new PVC pipe. Martin at Express Rooter took a lot of time to explain our options. The guys that did the work were fast and cleaned up everything so well that I couldn't even tell that the work was done by the sight of our property. But Martin showed us the new pipe with the camera scope. Express Rooter was also the cheapest quote of the 3 that we received. My only complaint was that they decided at the last moment to go with another option of how to do the work, and it was an option that hadn't been given to us originally. In the end everything worked out great. Would definitely recommend Express Rooter to others.

in less that two hours they had the job completed. The plumber was very knowlegable, with an accurate diagnosis before opening the pipes. They did not try to nickle and dime, quoted one price to complete the job and stuck it that. I was very happy.

We noticed a part of the carpet in our basement was wet. This coincided with blockage in our toilet, so we thought it was a drainage issue. I put a call into ExpressRooter on a Saturday night and Jason called me at 8 AM Sunday morning. I explained the situation and he discussed the estimated fees and was at our house within an hour. He was very personable, extremely knowledgeable and genuinely caring of our needs. He ran the snake through the drains and we realized they were working properly. It turned out that the issue was not plumbing related but rather due to water seeping through the foundation of the house where it wasn't properly waterproofed. Despite the issue not being plumbing-related, Jason stayed an extra few minutes, helped us pinpoint the exact location of the water leak and offered his advice. He was great to deal with, very professional. I would highly recommend this company, and Jason specifically.
