    Window lock mechanism

    I bought windows from Clera around 10 years ago. They've held up very well but recently a lock mechanism came loose and needed to be fixed. Terry from Clera was at my house within 48 hours of contacting Clera about my problem. Terry has been great from initial purchase and continues to deliver exceptional service to this day.

    Windows good and installers work fast

    Had to replace 14 windows. Installers worked quickly maybe too quickly as when I am painting the trim we are having to caulk a few places. The installers cleaned up at the end of each day. The windows seem fine so I hope they will last. Overall satisfied with this company.

    2 den windows

    The sales person was great at first, GREAT in sales, knows how to do his job. Not happy with the fact there was no follow up as promised. Advised that we would be contacted by himself a day or so before the installer came. Would be there when they were finished, understanding he had another appt ? again finding out after the fact. Never any follow up after, I had to message him a couple times with no response until I spoke to Customer Service. (Rita) Not happy with the installer when came and used our front stairs when asked not to as they are getting done with flag stone there was a bar so nobody to use. Windows are fine, I only paid in the amount that I did because at the time the customer service was great, and Canadian made. I expected more as promised again after the fact and was not delivered. A comment made that they normally they just do not do small jobs like this, in my opinion it shouldn't matter the size of the job, if that is the case then shouldn't have sold the job then. I was going to get my door done as well this year fall, but at this point I will be going elsewhere. thank you.

    2 x Basement windows installed

    The clera team was extremely professional and went the extra mile on our installation to solve last minute technical issues as our previous windows and frames were so old and rusty. The new install is super clean and the windows seems very high quality.

    Complete windows and doors replacement

    Clera employees were outstanding , from sales to installation and follow up, Our 19 year old home looks brand new, We would recommend them to anyone.

    Window replacement

    Great experience with this crew very professional work and efficient. The finished job was awesome and would recommend this product and installers to anyone.

    Windows and sliding patio doors

    Installations in 2007 and 2010. The windows and doors are still like new and work perfectly. Windows are a combination of Argon double and single hung , and the two Imagine Gliding French patio doors, all with very nice looking Georgian grills. Installations By were very well done, efficient, and finished in one day for each installation. Salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable about Clera products. Great service: A minor problem with one model ( now discontinued) of the window screens was fixed & repaired quickly, soon after installation and once again when I broke a latching clips even 10 years later ! We highly recommend Clera and their products

    Living room window

    The cost was fair and the sales person was great to talk to. Jerry was honest about the type of window that would work best for us even though he could have recommended a more expensive one. The guys installing the window were knowledgeable, local contractors. They did a good job.

    customer service

    my windows are installed in 2013 and few handles needed to be replaced. I talked to clera window, and they gave me a reply right away and dropped new handles right next day. John,a manager of durham region clera window was nice and friendly .i am very plesed with their customer service. thank you!

    Service

    The salesman Kyle was great and the installer preformed well. Clera Windows & Doors honored their warranty and also repair addition windows.
