    new windows and service

    Clera installed new windows for us about 4 years ago, including changing the dining room window into a sliding patio door. They did a great job all around...I could tell that the installers took pride in the quality of their work....I'm really happy with how it turned out. Recently, a hinge pin came out of a crank handles for one window, and the locking mechanism broke on another window. I spoke with Rita in customer service, and was well taken care of. She had all the information I needed, responded in a timely manor and provided flexible options to get me the replacement parts. There was a minor mixup with one of the parts when I went to pick them up, but the receptionist was able to sort it out with the warehouse staff, and I was on my way. An over-all positive experience.

    2 basement windows installed

    We have gotten Gary and his team several times over the last 5 years to install windows in 2 different homes. We have been 100% satisfied each time and would highly recommend them.

    Replacement of original home windows

    Replacement of 6 original wood casement windows on second floor of 48 year old house. Wanted a brand name product with full service installation service via their own employee crews. In my experience with 4 different houses, expert installation is key to peak product performance and longevity. Watched Jeff and Braden over 2 days & happy with the entire process and professionalism of the Belleville crew.

    Patio Door

    We recently had a patio door installed. When I contacted Clera, who had previously installed windows for us, Mike called me back. He was very professional and pleasant as were the two guys who did the installation. I am very happy with the look of the door and, more importantly, the ease with which it opens and closes. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

    Job Well Done and Reasonably Priced

    Had quotes from multiple companies, and Clera was the most reasonably priced. Had patio doors, bathroom and basement windows replaced, the job was done well and quickly. Had an issue with caulking bubbling up around our patio door, which was promptly fixed.

    Friendly and Accommodating Service

    The company was very friendly and accommodating of my budgetary limits, provided great service that included installation of great window products that are easy to use and clean. I am a return customer and would highly recommend these people to anyone who is looking for a highly skilled and qualified window company.

    Front door and patio doors

    I’m pretty happy with the final outcome and the look of our new doors. However, it seemed like we had to seek them out for updates on when our doors would be installed. They were delayed due to COVID, which is completely understandable, they just didn’t tell us until we emailed them asking them about it. The communication could have been better. But happy with the result.

    Jamie Binkle

    I would not recommend them to anyone, they cracked my siding and one of the window frames is all scratched up. I phoned and told them they were not willing to fix anything. Didn't really care about anything. I have 5 more windows to do and they are not getting my business. He was really rammy and messy.
